Brewers Fayre Winsor House in Newham

Would have been better if our table wasn't in the walkway to outside play area. Children & adults in and out leaving the door open on a cold day, so your food got cold quick with the draft!.... disappointing visit....food was nice when hot. ☹️

Very disappointed with our visit here tonight, booked 6.30, ordered food, and waited well over an hour, had to ask manager where was our food, she went to the kitchen, came back and said it will be with us shortly, it arrived, 3 plates were sent back as food was cold, we were offered free desserts as compensation. The Eton mess fruit was frozen and only 2 bits of meringue. Sticky toffee pudding with custard was cold! And what annoyed me the most was, empty plates being taken from the table when others were still eating!!

Have been visiting Winsor House for nearly 8 years, and have never had anything to moan about. The food is hot, tasty and portions are quite big. Staff are kind and courteous. My only niggle is, if its a saturday or a day when football is playing on tv, its busy and sometimes the lack of staff is a little bothersome. Other than that 10/10

Our visit for 10 people wasn't the best! Once we was seated noone came to our table to take any drink orders after 30 mins of being seated! I had to go and find one of the staff to tell them we was ready to order, once they had taken the order I then had to go and find them after 15 mins for us to be given glasses. It's a shame as after over an hour waiting for food the food was quite nice just a shame about the service I wouldn't go back there.

Typical Brewers Fayre.You know what you are getting.Nice 'pub' food.Reasonable prices for food and drink.Essential for the Premier Inn stays, which are typically (not always) in industrial or commerce type estates, not close to town centres.

Visited here last Sunday for a Roast, we hadn't booked and it was busy, all the staff were very friendly and attentive.The Carvery was fabulous value for money and the Chef made sure that there was plenty of fresh Meat and Vegetables avaliable at all times. Thank you to the team for looking after us on a busy Sunday. Will definitely be back soon. Kim & Lee.

Oh dear. The atmosphere was good and the staff were fantastic. Shame about the non edible food on offer. Prices for drinks were very good and the place was clean. Just not the best place to eat.

Got there at 4.00 for the carvery and all the beef had run out and there was no more coming out so that was very disappointing. The one saviour of the night was your waitress Demi. She is a credit to you and kept a level head throughout all of our moaning. Beer nice and cold and when we finally decided what alternative meal to get it was all good.Cheers to Demi.

No masks worn by staff and staff hugging customers, no social distancing at all!! food was very cold when it came out, I must of been frozen and reheated and I was sick 🤮 in the toilets after eating my meal, poor and slow service, no passion from the staff, really run down and poor experience won’t go there again at all, did not feel safe at all not clean.Worst pub ever

I have taken one star off the rating due to very slow service - they were clearly understaffed. Delay in getting service in the beginning and bill at the end. Other than that, it was economical, good ambience, generous food portions and staff (when available) were courteous. Will definitely be back again - hopefully, service would be a lot better next time around.
