Is over price. We ordered keow teow goreng and nasi ayam special. The keow teow is a bit portion for the price and very few prawns with shells. The flat noodles are a bit overcooked, but the taste is not too bad, just not the same as Malaysian keow teow. They put a lot of carrots and my daughter doesn't like it. For the nasi ayam special, I like the ayam but everything is cold, rice and soup also cold, I really don't understand. That makes me disappointed.

This restaurant is a complete rip off with tiny portions of mediocre tasting meat. You can see in my photos, the beef dish cost £12 and contained a few very small pieces of overcooked beef which I consumed in a couple of mouthfuls. The rest of the dish is primarily plain boiled rice. Then the prawn dish contained a whopping 4 prawns for a similar price. Completely stingy portions, I left feeling hungry. Moreover, the food doesn't even taste good, beef tasted OK but nothing special, but the prawn dish was oily, noodles were overly boiled so that they were falling apart and the prawns still had half the shells on. I don't normally care about presentation of food but you can see from the photos that this is also poor. I have been to other MUCH better Malaysian Restaurants in London. Save your money for something better value.

Went to the Malaysian restaurant for lunch today. Friendly staff, nice and comfy chair. I've ate Roti Jala with Dhal curry as my starter. Nice flavour and that's a good start. I asked one of the staff member for recommedation on Malaysian tea and she said Teh Tarik (hot) because Malaysia's most popular milky blended tea, it's actually quite nice, wow! My main course is Nasi Ayam Rasa Special. They are Traditional chicken (Fried Chicken), rice, chicken soup, salad, soya chilli sauce. Chicken soup is really delicous and great main course meal! Really enjoyed it and would like to go back there again!

Ordered via ubereats and we are fuming that there isn't a direct way to complain about our meal. I want to say, I am not normally the type to write an essay of a complaint on google reviews but when you are recovering from covid and want to enjoy a decent meal and have kids to food, I expect some standard (FYI:we hadn't lost our taste)For the price you pay, absolutely disgraceful:- Char Kway Teow (Flat Rice Noodles)£11.90. (Prawns £3.00(for 4) was added)- Chicken Satay £5.90- Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang£10.90- Rice with Malaysian Lamb Curry£11.90Satay chicken was the only part of the meal that was okay and we could eat.Firstly- the char kway teow was NOTHING like it was meant to be, they don't use the thick flat rice noodles. The noodles were broken into small bits (like when someone has reheated it on a wok) There was no mention of chilli & we had ordered this for the kids (age 1.5 and 4) so they couldn't eat it and I had to order something else elsewhere. Infact, it was not edible, bland with hints of spice.Secondly, the lamb curry as you can see was also terrible. Again, not really edible. So watered down, no spice or flavour, terrible quality of meat.Thirdly, the beef rendang was tiny portioned, cold. I don't know what more to say.I have eaten at this place before but at Westfields and it was fine hence wanting to try a delivery. We ordered 1 hour before closing, I wonder whether that had an impact of the quality of food.Never ever again.

Wonderful little find, which is tucked away in a corner at Westfield. Friendly staff and a reminder of the great taste of Malaysia. The char kuey teow is very nice and noodles melt in your mouth.

Was excited to find a Malaysian restaurant near where I live and decided to give it a try. Went with a friend and ordered mee goreng, chicken murtabak and nasi lemak (chicken rendang). I also had soya with cincau. After the meal, I ordered ketayap and karipap to go.Pros:The mains were decentConvenient location away from downtownReally lovely deco, reminisce of homeFood came quickly enoughCons:A tad pricey for what you pay for. Hardly any ikan bilis on the nasi lemakGive the soya cincau a miss...wasn't what one would expectService to order was a tad slow, though friendly. The karipap was really tiny... Abot the size of half my palm, which was amusing. The ketayap, as you can see from the pic, hardly had any fillings.I guess go there for mains... Forget the drinks, appetisers or desserts.

This place has a really nice design and atmosphere, similar to what you would find in Malaysia 😇I ordered the Nasi Lemak Chicken Rendang and found out it is slightly pricier yet the portion we're smaller than expected. Nonetheless, the sambal was decent and the rendang was very tender. On top of that, the rendang was slightly salty to my preference but overall delicious and enjoyable.

They were okay not my favourite malaysian restaurant in london. I definitely like rasa sayang more. But definitely recommended to try if you are craving malaysian food and around the town. Nothing much to say since they were just okay but i hope this helps! Cheers!

The food here is good. It is halal. The staff are very friendly. The decor of the place is quite nice. The beef rendang was really tasty so were all the little condiments you get with it like the sauces. We didn't really enjoy the lamb skewers we got however the chicken satay ones and they were really tasty. All the chicken items we tried were really good. There was this dal/dal soup which was really nice and complemented the rice. I preferred the normal rice in comparison with the other flavoured rice. The only reason I am giving it a three star is because of its price. I think price wise the portions are quite small. So you end up having to spend a lot of money on smaller portions. But the taste is quite nice. Overall its a good place to enjoy some Malaysian food if you are around Stratford.

Amazing food. Flavoursome Laksa broth, well balanced toppings and tender meat. Authentic Malaysian flavours. Some of the best food in London. Cannot recommend it enough.
