Went here after a show yesterday… we had booked but the show over run so we were late arriving for our table, this didn’t seem to be a problem. The drinks order was quite prompt but we then waited about 20 minutes for our a waiter to come and get our food orders. In the meantime the table next to us had a whole tray of drinks spilt over them by a young waitress… they then got up and walked out as there was very little apology. When our starters eventually arrived we were very impressed with the food. We then waited a good 40 minutes for our main course. They brought out 2 of the 4 meals but had to take them back as the table had not been cleared from the starters. Another 10 minutes wait for the food to come back and it was wrong! We had got through 2 bottles of wine by now as we were there so long and ordered 2 more… after waiting another 15 minutes we questioned where they were. Waitress said she’d get them.. another wait so we asked a different waitress… another wait! By the time she brought one of the bottles over we’d almost finished our food so told them not to bother. One of my party had to go up to the bar herself and ask for water. The whole experience was a shambles, the staff are all very young and do not seem to know how to wait tables and seemed not to be bothered.I would suggest more training and extra staff on event days at the very least. On leaving, not one of them acknowledged us and said goodbye. This is definitely a restaurant I will not be returning to.

Access review: very helpful and friendly staff. Toilet is locked for other customers so it's clean. First time coming here. Very tasty food, very friendly staff, very efficient service. Words aren't enough how good they are. They warned us about the slow service but food and drinks came very very quickly. Must recommend. I had poulet breton and chicken burger. After having dinner and desert there's a very good taste in my mouth. Complements to the chef.

Sadly, the food is bland and seems microwaved yet you wait for it nearly 40 minutes. When it comes to the service, everything is a struggle and you need to ask for sauces, cutlery, bill (twice). I appreciate that it is busy at lunchtime and it's half term and I feel sorry for the team, but it has been not a nice experience and I won't be back.

Really poor, but ironically better than my last visit.Put aside that we had to leave without having our coffees as it took too long to make them or that they missed an item off my breakfast that I had time to eat whilst waiting - but to be told that we could have scrambled or fried eggs but they had “run out of poached eggs” was right up there with my most bizarre restaurant experiences. So the eggs benedict turns up with scrambled eggs rather than the poached eggs advertised and my breakfast comes without bacon, which I then have to debate and point out on the menu with the waiter. And all the time, still no coffee…

Was okay for me nothing much to say since its a chain french restaurant and wasnt that satisfying for me. Not for me. Not recommended for me. No cheers from me :(

Went for afternoon tea and although the table wasn't clean when seated, but when we asked for it to be cleaned they was happy to do so and done it straight away. Food was yummy and the cakes was delicious. The waitress was very nice and was very attentive and kept checking if we wanted more coffee. Kids meals are great value for money and great portion size. Coffee was so good. All in all good and relaxing visit and would definitely return.

It was our wedding anniversary today, and Camille and her team prepared a lovely table with a wonderful red rose and glasses of Prosecco. It was beautiful! I highly recommend Cafe Rouge at the O2. The food was fantastic, the service is amazing, and Camille was the cherry on top. She was so attentive, lovely and charming. We're definitely coming back.

I’ve lived next to Rouge for over a year now, but didn’t start coming here until last week. Since then, I’ve come every day for breakfast, which is not only a fantastic value, but excellent food.Highly recommend the Smashed Avocado or Rouge Breakfast. Also, if you happen to be visiting when Aliona is working, you are in for a treat. She’s sweet, professional, and incredibly attentive. She really brings back old world service and puts a smile on my face.10/10 recommend - especially for weekday breakfasts and lunches.

Had a late lunch / early dinner here and chose the two course meal deal. The staff were fast and efficient. The food was well presented and tasted good. Sat outside in the sunshine and watched the world go shopping in the O2.

Great food and very upsetting service!Today me and my bf had breakfast at cafe rouge on a terrace. From the beginning waitress/hostess was rude and upset with something. Had a problem with me scanning Track and Trace. She needed confirmation and demanded it in a very rude form.Apart from that rest of the staff are welcoming.Prices and food quality is great!I had Egg Benedict - it’s to die for. Big thank you to the chef.To sum up : Avoid tall and kind of blond waitress and you good to go!
