Caffe Fratelli in Newham

Great little deli, great selection of sandwiches and panini, really tasty and interesting combination of flavours, very fresh and great coffee to boost.

I come with my dog most mornings. Friendly staff, Great coffee. Really nice place. 100% recommend

Coffee is so good! Has a great selection of food as well, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun by the dock which is awesome! Staffs very friendly and service comes out really fast

Date of visit : 26.09.21. Time: 16:15.I don't usually write reviews but today's experience has compelled me to do so. My wife left this cafe today feeling very upset. Two waitresses were serving. One shorter,one taller. The taller one was extremely rude and aggressive. My wife sensed the hostility as soon as she walked in. Maybe it was because my wife is a muslim and was wearing a head covering. Can't understand why other than that as she was fine with customers after my wife. She slammed the card machine down aggressively without saying a word because my wife asked if she could add something to her order. Only talked to her when the shorter waitress was nearby, otherwise ignored her when my wife asked the price of something and sighed/huffed while preparing the drinks. Awful service and a bad end to an otherwise nice day. I can see in the other reviews that another asian man has commented about a rude waitress, maybe it's the same one and the manager needs to do something about this behaviour or at least talk to staff / give training about respecting people from backgrounds different to their own. Have never experienced such rude and racist behaviour like this in London before. Shocking behaviour. Do not visit this cafe.

Disgusting practices. No hygiene. The lady was preparing my drink, no mask, no gloves … nothing … then she sneezed two times in her hands and takes my cup back WITHOUT WASHING or SANITIZING HER HANDS to finish the preparation of said drink. I immediately LEFT. Watch out.

The coffee is quite big but it still tastes strong enough and not too milky, but the flat white which I got was way too hot and the milk was a bit burned. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I have had better coffee from there since.

Just came in to order a coffee and the waitress was very rude. As soon as we walked in she says the bathroom is out of order. I said we don't want to use it but want to place an order.Then she serves us the coffee in a plastic cup. I asked her why not in a glass cup she says we closing in half an hour. I said so what if you closing. Then she arrogantly just poured in a glass and said here take it.Do Not visit this place. Bloody awful service and attitude

Overall a good place. It could provide a better experience to customers if they actually restricted smoking outside in the outdoor tables. That's very annoying. Also, no wifi for customers, which is a shame. During the current times, staff have not been compliant with public health measures and don't wear face masks properly.

Great people, great service, good wake up coffee, don't be shy, say hello to them. Clean and ready to help, you can order eggs in the morning. Prices are good and the inside of the cafe is clean and comfortable. Larger groups can sit together and the owners are very accommodating.Even if your eating in you can ask for your coffee in a to go cup....perfect.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of this cafe. The pastries were ok and the latte was average. Nothing shouted out to me which was disappointing. It’s not bad, staff were friendly and prices reasonable. Overall, I’d only give it an average rating.
