Chocolarr in Newham

Muhammad, who served us on 11 feb 2022, 15:48, was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. he never informed that the shop is only for take away. soon after I ordered i have waited 5 mins. He gave my order and said we are closed and it’s take away only. I was unsurprisingly disappointed, specially that he didn’t have curtesy to inform me before I ordered and waited for 5 minutes.Hence I wanted to know who manage this cafe or who is the owner he said he is the one who is the owner of this shop, if I have problems I can take the refund and go and not to waste his time.Hence I left the cafe without wasting his time, and never going back again.

Amazing destination to bring sweet cravings to an halt. Always loved there taste, portion, dine-in and delivery too. Good waffle, gelato , brownie. Must visit or order from Love Choco

We had a great take away from them. The cookie dough was absolutely amazing but the cake was very very dry and stale. So avoid the disappointment and do not order a cake from them.

Good waffle lovely soft serve ice cream. Waffle could have been a little bit crispier. But good value for money.

Had strawberry heaven waffles. It was just GREAT! The staff was also very friendly. Will definitely come back!

A very nice place to have your ice-cream. The portion size was good! Staff is super friendly.

Very quiet when I visited during the weekday evening. The desserts were good and the portion sizes were large. Didn't have the hot drinks we ordered so had to go for an alternative. The inside is all black and the lighting seems a little on the dark side although this may be how they intended it to be. Free parking on single yellow lines available nearby in the evenings.

Ordered through uber. Appalled by the presentation of the desert, the taste and the quality. It was cold!!! The crepe was thick and lumpy, chocolate sauce was cold and burnt. Waste of money. Disgusted and it was disgusting!!! Won't be ordering from you again. Sort yourselves out!!!!

Absolutely terrible! The quality of "desserts" provided for the price is a joke and they couldn't even bother cleaning the floor after the previous customers have left. The crepe was very dry and empty while the ice cream tasteless and still frozen! I'd reccomend going somewhere else to eat -

Visited here with my family, large group and we all ordered different things off the menu. Seemed as though every desert was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, particularly the cookie dough with Fererro Roche. Service was friendly and ample seating available. Usual pricing for this type of place.
