Fine Burger Company - Excel Exhibition Centre in Newham

I'd like to note, I didn't personally eat at Prime Burger, however the person I was with did. We were at a conference, needed lunch, and the signage was bright + attractive. My colleague ordered, although shortly after I decided against after checking the online reviews. His experience was sadly similar to a lot of the others here. Apathetic service, extremely dry, terrible + lukewarm burger, not fresh at all as supposedly advertised. A massive shame. Seemed like a McDonald's would've been more preferable.

Ordered and it was so slow considering it was already cooked and placed in the hot tray over 30 mins, half the time they guy behind line was just staring at the tickets

Wish I had read reviews before getting a burger. Cold foul tasting burger with a heavy stodgy bun. Quite possibly the worst burger I've ever bought and certainly the worst value. Chips were at least hot and by far the best part of the meal.

Avoid like the plague. Honestly one of the worst places I’ve had the displeasure of eating. The first red flag should have been how rude the staff were. They also need to learn what food hygiene and safety is, this place has literally given me food poisoning and the menu lists the ingredients completely wrong (you’re going to kill someone with allergies) the actual burger itself was greasy, bland and just overall disgusting. The cheese wasn’t melted in the slightest and the bun was chewy for some reason. This is the most I’ve ever paid for food poisoning, with their ludicrously high pricing. I wouldn’t eat here again, even if I was held at gunpoint

For the price it's garbage. £12-13 for a meal, taste okay at best. Would not try again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a cheese burger meal, 12 pounds. Waited 30 minutes for it, other customers who were 13 numbers after me were complaining and got their food before me when they had only been waiting 5 minutes but staff gave it to whoever moaned about waiting time. After 30 minutes my boyfriend who got food elsewhere went and asked where mine was, the woman then went and got me a burger, a plain burger. No cheese. No salad. Nothing. I took a bite into the burger just because of how long I waited I couldnt be bothered to complain. It tastes like a 50p store bought frozen burger not a prime beef burger. Didnt even taste like beef. Do not eat here.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.The staff looked as though they hated burgers.Our burgers were lukewarm.The drinks despite being canned were somehow bad.We ignored the reviews... Don't our mistake go somewhere else.EDIT: Two of us went here, two of us got diarrhea the day after.

This fast food burger place inside the excel is ok. The prices are high for what you get but match most in the excel. I did find service to be quite slow considering what you are getting.

My partner & I both had the ‘bad boy’ burger meal. Every element of it was terrible. The meat was thin, tough & overcooked with a strange aftertaste, the cheese wasn’t melted, the bun was incredibly stale, and the salad wasn’t fresh. The chips were ok, the portion was tiny which is a shame as it’s all that was edible. In total the entire meal cost over £30 and the service was slow. We would have definitely been better off going to the Bridge Restaurant.
