Frankie and Benny's in Newham

The staff and management are very friendly and helpful.I had a decent Oat latte and the vegan pepperoni pizza is the best vegan pizza I have ever tasted.I had to ask if the mince was actually meat as it tasted real!

Staff were all very friendly and smiling. Clearly rushed off there feet on a show night.Orders were taken along with drinks which arrived at the table a few minutes later.Food came out and it was amazing. Chicken was very nicely cooked. All very good and really enjoyed it. I thought it was very reasonable prices too!I love F&B I just wish they hadn't closed most down.

Just had a wonderful time Saturday night. Food and drink was very good. Nebih was our server he was lovely, very nice and professional customer service! We will return for sure! Thank you

Soo the restaurant is Italian but looks like American fast food with country music..The taste of the main food was ok, starters and salads with out flavour.The bad part was when I left of the restaurant, my stomach started pain like I had rocks in ( and my friends as well).P.s. please make the flash of the toilet, is not the best experience when you are in the restaurant you know what ate the previous customer.

Last time il try F&Bs, especially at the O2Food was alright, nothing really special.Biggest concern was the drinks we ordered, glasses weren't clean. One glass had a hair on the inside in the water and the other had a lipstick mark around the top.Complained and were told “yeah that happens sometimes” … blamed it on bad dishwasher and how it doesn’t work. My wife was pregnant at the time and given covid you would have thought the glasses were clean. Waitress really wasn’t concerned and didn’t care.Manager gave the entire meal free. To be honest, didn’t really want free food, just want somewhere clean to eat.

I went here earlier today for dinner with 3 of my children ( All over 21) and had a great meal the service was second to none and the food and drinks were excellent I will be returning again as they even allowed us a very odd request which I was very grateful for. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Fantastic food. Fantastic staff and was really nice they put a candle in my daughters cake and sang happy birthday to her and wasn't even asked to do it just done it as they knew it was her birthday.

Staff were friendly but terrible food. Tesco meal deal could do better than that. Very over price. I ordered a salmon risotto ( which was recommended by the staff) , it turned out a saddest risotto i have ever had! And obviously just came out from chef Mic ( microwave). The risotto was like a dried glue, I would say a steamed rice with sauce could do better than that. Highly not recommend if you are looking for decent food.

My 1st time at the o2 location and the food was brilliant staff was so polite and helpful even with the large group i had taken top marks for both if you are driving it can be busy but ive always found a spot at the o2 i paid £9 for four hours so very reasonable again thanks to all at frankie and bennys that made our meal so pleasant. My ultimate mixed grill brilliant

Staff were friendly but food was expensive and bland for adults. Children’s meals seemed like good value though including drinks and desert. It’s always a good idea to check their app and online for discount voucher codes. Toilets were clean.
