German Doner Kebab in Newham

Well I come from Iran and when someone talks about kebab we're pretty familiar with the kinds. When my friend introduced me to German kebab I said! Huh! Sounds good. Let's try it. Believe it or not, the doner kebab is awesome. Great menu, sauce and nice staffs.

Worst chain. They gave me cold food and bad service. I ordered for takeaway, took a bite in my car and it was cold. Went back and said you gave me cold food can I get this hot. The lady at reception (Eastern European) said I I took a bite already and was getting rude. Does she not understand I have to bite it to find out its cold???? Going back and forth another guy at reception(south Asian) helped out and said he understood and told the guy (Eastern European) in the kitchen to make me a new hot meal. The guy was murmuring saying I won’t do this again???? What atrocious service. I don’t normally leave reviews but people need to know how bad the service is and not go there

I ordered the original kebab today, the mixed chicken and beef for £6.99. The amount of meat in the kebab was miniscule. It was so outrageous that I complained to the staff which I usually don't like to do. 90% of the kebab was lettuce. This was the branch in East Ham High Street. My advice would be to avoid the place unless you like wasting your money and ruining your lunch.

Food was discussting full of onions hardly any meat. Wrapper was stuck on to the wrap like they used super glue on it. Will never order from this branch again ever

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH.I've been a fan of GDK for sometime now and rarely do I fault any food. But this BOSS BOX was definitely not BOSSING me.Firstly the food was cold. Delivery to hotel so no option to reheat. Could be a deliveroo issue not the restaurants.The food was awful. Fries were covered in black bruises and I could of counted the amount of chips on both hands. The bread on the kebab could only be described as chewing on a rubber floor mat. The beef filling was dry and could only be described as yesterdays left overs with hardly any sauce. I struggled to eat it was so tempted to just bin it. Had to use the sauces provided for moisture. I ordered jalapenos but they were not to be seen. The spring rolls were ok but not the best especially eating them cold.No wet wipe provided as usual. The only thing that they could not have ruined was the mango juice.East Ham has to improve as the reputation of other GDKs will be tarnished.ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

Extremely disappointing! They give you uncooked chicken meat and also mixed with hair, If you go for large will be smaller than regular, awful experience anyway. I will never come back!!!

I’m really disappointed! First of all as it was my cheat day… I went for a large dinner nachos is really doesn’t look like nachos… I got like 2-3 small pieces of nacho chips and the rest just meat, a few pieces of jalapeños and no cheese or salsa… even I paid extra for a side cheese sauce whic was nearly empty… the lahmacun was tasteless and really blend. I will never order or return to this shop! Even if I ordered food from this site it was a mess. Never comes the food as been ordered, yeah you’ll get a refund from Uber eats, but I don’t care about that! I want my food as I ordered! Been in the trade for 10 years plus, I know how it works but this place…Stratford or west ham does much better!

Absolute Disgrace!🚫🚫🚫DONT ORDER🚫🚫🚫Hair on chilli bites.Paid for Doner box Large £8.58 and received a disgraful box with only a little sauce over it and 5 forks of meat.Chips were mouldy!!!!The package was all over the place and food was cold!I am not going to be surprised if that shop goes bust!NEVER AGAIN!!!!YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Food arrived cold. £6 kebab only had a few strips. Ordered extra cheese for the Quesadilla but didn't see it. The large doner burger had the same tiny amount as the Jr doner burger. Quesadilla had more onions than meat. No happy at all. Will never buy from them ever again.
