Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Newham

Really delicious burgers. I have only ever eaten the chicken burgers but they are packed full of flavour. You can order via the app or at the counter which makes it efficient and easy to get your food.The burgers do not come with any sides so you have to order the sides separately.I felt that some of the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner which is why I am not rating it five stars. The benches had bits of food on and the floor had quite a few crumbs.Having said that, it wouldn't put me off coming here again as the food is so incredibly tasty. Definitely my favourite place for burgers.

Really good food and great value. Took my daughter for dinner and had the best milkshake I have ever had, coming from a person who doesn't normally have them.

All good really. Food excellent. Service is a bit disjointed. Drinks arrived after the food and we realised that you can't order from the gluten free menu using the app. Which was a pain. Worse because you can make every other adjustment to your burger on the app, so why not include swapping to a GF bun?Other than these minor quibbles, it was a great meal.

The food was okay the service was poor. To sum up my experience I'd say McDonald's quality with normal restaurant price I would not recommend this place.

They say "never judge a book by its cover", and that statement more than rings true with this restaurant! The food they offer is surprisingly filling for how small it looks, and is very delicious! I personally think the onion rings here are the best out of any restaurant I've ever been to. I thought this was a small meal, but I was so full I couldn't finish it all!The location itself is very well-kept and the music they play is quite nostalgic. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and I would definitely come here again the next time I visit the area. It's definitely better than the cheap fast food places in the area, both in value and taste - not to mention it's a lot calmer and more peaceful than the food courts. 10/10 experience.

We had to wait a bit at the entrance and were not greeted by staff and we nearly gave up. We ordered beef burgers, I had the loaded one but I found it salty. My husband had the cheese and bacon and it was nice. Good portion of chips. We had the skinny and chunky ones. Onion rings were nice as well. Our strawberry milkshakes were great as usual.

I ordered via Deliveroo and I was very disappointed when my order came it was cold and the chips I cannot believe someone put that in a bag for somebody to eat. It’s like they put a mixture of old chips inside a bag.I counted three different types of chips in the bag and the one out ordered didn’t come.My food was cold and I’m very disappointed with the service. I still can’t believe that they sent a customer chips like that that’s 🤢I won’t be ordering again!!!!And shame on DeliverooI’m disappointed in the food service and the quality.

Really tasty burgers! My friend tool an lunch deal, 2 burgers + fries for 20£ so worth itb the amount of fries is crazy we could not finish! I had the blue cheese burger with a slice of gorgonzola... so so good!!! I had heard good things on GBK and it lives up to its reputation!! Also the packagings are really cool!
