Jollys Coffee And Sandwich Bar in Newham

I have been buying from this cafe for some years but there seems to be a change in staff. One particular woman who works there is very unpolite, cleaning whilst serving me, telling me she did not have fillings i wanted in a take it or leave it manner, not at all helpful at all. On another occasion my order was completely wrong and overcharged me and had to return for refund and change food. It was the same woman with little acknowledgement, take it or leave it attitude again. We need a decent cafe in Manor Park, who wants to eat food from people that are rude!

Absolutely disgraceful DO NOT GO TO THIS CAFE we are always working around London and using different cafes all the time but will never be going back here you only get one sausage split into 4 slices in a sausage sandwich! What kind of joke is that but they still want to charge you stupid prices and the food isn’t even nice one hash brown and one sausage cut up into bits to try a fill the sandwich, my colleague had a bacon sandwich with one rash of bacon haha what a joke! Definitely won’t be going back again! And the staff are rude!

Been living this area for one year but first time to visit this nice cafe today. The staff works very efficiently and friendly ( although she worked alone , she still treated the customers patiently) . Very good value for the food and coffee. Will visit regularly in the future ❤️

The rude lady who answered phone has 0 customer service she should understand customers are the heart of a business. My order was 2 hours late I received not one apology only this rude foreign lady telling me she has no driver and I wait . I will never go here again and will also tell everyone I know. She also blamed just eat who I spoke with and not only apologized for her behaviour but cancelled my order. You have one star because I had to or it would be 0. Train your staff on respect and customer service pronto

Excellent service very good value for money. You can have a full English breakfast, Inc toast and tea or coffee £6.00. Or other foods available. Staff very pleasant. Highly recommended. Since my last review. I decided to buy a f2 fryed egg rolls and to my horror, because I purchased 2 it cost me £5.00 so after complaining to the staff member who served.me she told me it was 50p roll and £2.00 for the egg which is a bit much when if you have a full breakfast and require an extra egg it costs 80p so how can they possibly charge £2.50 for egg roll. Full breakfast great, single egg roll not so great. I decided to no longer be a customer, very disappointed.

I. Love. This. Coffeeshop. I have been going for years and take family and friends too. The food is great, coffee is fantastic and I love the atmosphere. Staff are brilliant too. I don't really get the negative reviews at all.. An awesome little gem of a cafe in Manor Park.

Best cafe in the area, only one that actually looks modern! Could do with a top notch coffee machine, and a few more seats (its very small), but by Manor Park standards, well worth a look. Finally a MP breakfast place in the right direction!
