I had ran out of battery and the gentleman let me charge my phone with his own charger while I waited for my food, which was not only amazing but just not what I expectedThe flavour and quality was second to none! Amazing!Value for Money! Just right10 stars ⭐️ if there was that option! 😊Will definitely be going back! Only 5 mins away from my home 😜

Really disappointed with the service provided especially being a regular customer. We usually order chops but this time they were burnt, hard and very chewy and we complained to the manger he said ‘chef must be under pressure’. The restaurant was empty, and not even out of goodness and being a regular customer did he offer to replace or a discount on it. We purchased drinks with our order but we also asked for tap water, but they refused to give saying if we want water, we need to buy bottled water. But on my previous visits, tap water is not a problem. So I don’t know why they refused? The salad given was not up to the standard they normally do it. Tables are not clean for a while so when customers come, they don’t know where to sit.The service is very poor, there’s no friendly customer service. I was a regular but I would not be coming back after this poor service. They change staff all the time so the service provided tends to be disappointing and the taste and the quality of the food keeps changing.

Extremely disappointed with the service I've encountered. Went on a Monday 'madness' and asked for the original menu as some items was missing. I usually order the the platter for 2, and did not expect the discount. I asked the waiter who served me on 5 previous occasions that to change one of the items, as I find the beef steak to be hard and chewy to a chicken steak, previously he changed it without any hesitation. This time he was telling me he cannot facilitate it and I should be ordering a different item from the menu. I found this confusing as the beef cost less than the chicken and found it to be bizarre as to why he was arguing.I've recommended the restaurant to my friends and family members who have dined there. I was a regular, I wouldn't be coming back due to the service I encountered. We left the restaurant and did not dine in as the service was appaling. I do not why the service was this poor as the same chap provided awesome service previously.Very disappointed and wouldn't go there anymore

Excellent and courteous customer service. Staff there are very welcoming and will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Was there for a charity event on Saturday. I got the chicken steak burger and then a chicken fajita with chips. Everything was rich in flavour, and prepared just right and presentation was superb. Not to mention the milkshake, very creamy and perfectly smooth, not too thick nor too watery. Keep up the great work and looking forward to my next meal here.

Loved our meal here tonight. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the ribeye steak with mushroom sauce and the lamb tikka biryani👌🏻They also gave activities for my little sister (2 years old), free mini milkshake and sweets. She loved it.Thank you to all the staff. Will definitely be back again

Both food and service were incredible. Will definitely be eating here again and again 🤩 After moving here, I’ve not been a fan of chicken meals at many shops but Ribeye’s was exceptional. So far, I’ve had the chicken burger, chicken fajita and fries and the gourmet beef burger and everything was extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. Absolutely loved the strawberry milkshake as well. Loved the fact that they have a table with screening. Had no issues dining in 😍
