McDonald's in Newham

awful service received, made an online order and came to collect on drive through. Gave the code, everything happens like normally. On the next window they say there is no order and it does not exist. I have been asked to come inside. Ok. Kids in the car, I am in the store. Manager asked to show my order in the app and I did, so she takes my phone, without any asking if she may at all she clicks on the repeat the order, she places it, I am charged for a second time and she says - now it is done! I was literally shocked... I tried to call customer service by there was no reply... so, I had to leave double charged and there nothing I could do...

Slowest drive thru ever.15 minutes wait juat for that guy to pick up order and another 15 minutes to deliver it.Don't want to know the frustration of other drivers.at least they could've used those parking bays to direct vehicles and bring the food out.All this for 2 triple cheesburgers

Had food from here before and enjoyed it so decided to place an order online for it to be delivered to me.I have to say I was very far from impressed this time around, considering I’ve ordered online from this branch before I was expecting better standards.- my fries were cold and had very little taste to them (almost stale like)- my chocolate milkshake had the slightest hint of chocolate, was very salty and milky if I’m honest so felt like my order was a waste of money.The only edible food items I’d ordered was the burger & the wrap of the day for my friend. Even her fries were cold and stale tasting.Hopefully, today was just a bad day in the kitchen as their food is usually quite good.

A bright and cheerful branch of McD's - that applies to both the staff and the decor. Clean tables, really quick service, and well-mannered kids. Altogether one of the more pleasant McD's to eat at.

The restaurant NEVER answers calls which is the main communication between the restaurant and the customers. Someone at the branch needs to efficiently divide the roles and don't miss out on the most important stuff. Who manages Canning Town McDonald's? It has been a mess

I never review online but this is to much . Once again my order isn’t correct, Canning Town McDonald’s is very busy but this is not excuse.Last two times I was ordering drive-through and I have missing wrap or plain burger for my child. But today I decided to check before I drive away. Just when I was confident that I have what I order , find out at home that my both burgers for my kids have onion and pickles 🤬 I ordered plain cheeseburger for my fussy Eaters so Of course kids would not Touch . Someone Who has kids will understand that just taken off the ingredients won’t work . So the Friday treat for my boys was disaster thank you McDonald

Surprisingly busy - to me - for early hours (2am Sunday). Quick service, not my usual staple but met the purpose of something hot to eat, l didn't have to prepare/cook myself. Enjoyed it. Although in my opinion; meal too pricey.

I am getting more disappointed with this Mcdonalds and is not first time when the ingredients missing from Cheeseburgers and others... Today I ordered Triple Cheeseburger with Extra Lettuce, Extra Onions, Extra pickles and I received Zero Lettuce, Zero Onions, pickles yes but not extra, and the Large Fries to be honest wasn't Large...((((( and the Mcdonalds was almost empty, I don't understand to be honest (((( I think you just loosing a good costumer!!! Shame!!!!!!!

Not crowded, got my order sorted in record time. It was accurate, and delivered hot. Only wish the lid on the hot coffee was more secure!

Horrible customer service!I ordered from the machine but the receipt wasn't printed. There are only two customers besides me so I don't think this will be a big deal. A guy called out numbers and two of the customers before me took their food. I told the guy I don't have a receipt. He asked me about the items in my order which is fair. I told him I have a fish fillets, cheese burger, fries and a juice. He gave me a bag. I looked into it and there are two burgers and two apple pies. It's not even close to what I ordered.The staffs were busy chatting with each other, I have to say excuse me really loud to get a lady attention. I told her this is not my order. She asked the staffs at the back to make me order. The guy asked her what's happened and come to me ask me " There are two orders?" ?! Nope and I don't know anything about the other orders and I only made one. And this is not my job to know what others ordered. After I told him I don't know he just walked away. Finally the lady gave me my order and said sorry. Otherwise I will only give one star.
