Nando's Stratford in Newham

This was my first Nando's experience, as I travelled to England for the first time at the end of October.Food was actually great, I had a weird moment when I joined the queue for ordering my food as the manager (or at least I think that was the manager) asked me three times if I was ok. I guess I look weird when I walk for 20 miles.Jokes aside, staff was nice and I enjoyed my meal there so when I'll go back to London I might probably eat there again.

Such great service! Had really lovely food and the service from Dennis was amazing! Such a lovely member of staff and made sure we were good all night. He really deserves a bonus.

Very busy, but generally quite good Although they don't do bottomless drinks with a meal like others. Additionally, Mia is a wonderfully helpful waitress.

Surprisingly my food was really nice, loved it! Usually there’s always something about the food but this time round it was scrumptious to eat, the staff were very friendly also and we got a table as soon as we arrived.I got the chicken thighs, peri chips and mash🤩

Who doesn't like a 'cheeky Nandos'? I went there on a Saturday night and it was obviously packed with happy eaters. I ordered take out. I didn't wait long for my food, maybe 15, 20 minutes. Meaning my food was cooked fresh. They gave me more sauces than I could ever want and the plastic cutlery. The garlic bread was okay, not the best not the worst. I really enjoyed the chips, they were thick cut and not at all soggy. My chicken was tender and not at all dry. I ordered half a chicken, which would definitely feed two people well. The drinks are on the pricier side but that's to be expected. All in all, delicious and filling.

I have been to this branch of Nando's many times since it opened and since I've moved to Greenwich I still come here as it's the easiest halal Nando's to get to.The staff are here are great, cheery and helpful, going the extra mile in customer service and I believe more since the pandemic. The manager was also a delight to talk to when my husband wanted to personally give her feedback.And of course the food is always good.

Nandos is always a solid choice. Food is halal and the peri peri flavours are amazing and unlike any other place.

Nice nandos, less busier than its nearby Westfield location. You can usually get a table straight away. Food was prepared fairly quickly. The flavours are universal but it helps when the food is cooked well, I have been disappointed previously many times at other places. The corn could have done with a bit more grilling but apart from that it was all good. Don't forget to use your loyalty card to build up rewards.

Very rude and unapologetic customer service by Maria(buddy). I have requested to speak to a manager but no manager came to phone to sort out the issue. I have expressed chicken was old and dry but Maria said you can not prove that the chicken is old. Who says that to a customer, am I in a court of law that there will be a forensic examiner who I can request to examine your dead chicken. In our chicken wrap there was whole lettuce root inside the wrap. Looks like nobody cares. I have ordered a delivery service but Maria wanted me to go to Stratford nando's which is 3 miles form my house to get a half chicken replacement and come back to my house another 3 miles and eat that half chicken with my cold side orders.
