Nive venue...food are amazing...but parking is an issue

The stairs is a problem but once you get up into the hall it's lovely. Good toilets and space for a bouncy castle

Went to an event here, the food was nice but the hall wasn't as nice as i thought it was going to be. The toilets were disgusting and doors were damaged, it was embarrassing!

Food was tasty but the customer service could have been better. No lift for babies and the elderly.

Pros - Decent size venue, easy to get to, friendly staff. Cons - Decor is outdated, some of the toilet out of order, place could be cleaned better especially the carpet. Parking is a nightmare due to being on a main road. Stairs only leading to the venue.

I had one of my top 10 worst experiences hereI found a hair in my mint sauce which came from the bowl he gave us, I called the waiter over and told him and his response was " get another plate"... I was appalled by the bad food quality and bad customer service. The floor at the entrance was very slippery and not accessible for elderly and disabled as there is stairs going up. I hated my experience here.

I wanted to book this hall - went in person, the owner gave me a quotation and I was happy. Tried to call for finalisation no answer - went in person placed me on hold untill the late afternoons - PROMISED to call back - no answer. Well I’m talking to you reading the review good luck :)
