Great place change of ownership but takes a bit long for food to arrive but tastes good same staff different owners

Chips were unacceptable. Tables were very filthy and wobbly.

mashallah, food is good here. most forest gate chicken and chips shop usually take forever, but this shop will give you your food faster then any other shop. they have two big competitors, a la pizza and al faruq. And I got to say that you guys give the food on time while the two others take a long time. I had them deliver to my house a couple times and I have to say they delivered quickly compared to most shops. Really happy and recommended, would say at this present time that it is better then a la pizza and al faruq. The only time food is usually slow to get is opening times which makes sense as they prepare for fresh wings and chips, but other then that, the manager knows how to run the business. I have had most of the food here, and I personally would say they have better wings then a la pizza. The wings are really good here. Will come here again :)

Honestly, Poor communication between staff, terrible service and poor quality food. We ordered 1 veg and 1 meat, we ended up getting 2 meat. When we complained their reply was “can’t we make use of it”. No, we can’t, what a silly question. We have people who are not meat eaters. I’m sure you would complain if it wasn’t halal, so others have their own dietary needs. Pizzas were over cooked - both the first wrong order and the new order. All 3 pizzas. Maybe just a bad experience, but there’s plenty of options on the same road so no need to revisit.
