The reviews made me optimistic to try it but tbh I wasn't that impressed. The meat for some reason had a very strong "meaty" taste? The service was okay as it was very busy and the staff were very friendly!

Don't know if I just came on the wrong day, but everything seemed to go wrong.Starting with service, we got to the till and the servers stood chatting to each other, ignoring me. Eventually I was able to order and was given a buzzer to sit down. Waited 20 minutes, watching other people who ordered after me get their much larger and more complex meals first. I asked them how long the meal was going to be and the person I assume to be a manager told me that I should've been told the wait time and that it was going to be another 10 minutes. So after 30 minutes I was finally able to get the food, they gave no apology for the wait time. Makes me wonder why they thought they could stand and chat between every customer. The food was average, cheese steak tasted plain, half the cheese was not in the bread and the food was cold on the outside. Fries were only seasoned on 1 side in a tiny bowl so no way to spread them.Definitely will not be coming again.

Delicious food and great service. Hats off to the Chef and James Shaw who was a huge help in explaining menu and flavours to me while I was trying to decide what I wanted. He's warm and approachable as well as accommodating. Looking forward to introducing my friends to the venue! The chicken wings were a 10/10 and the cheese steak is mouh watering.

Got the classic cheesesteak, gotta say it was lovely. The provolone cheese extended like it didn’t wanna let go of the cheesesteak with each bite I took, which is always a plus for me. The steak itself was pretty good, could have had more flavors going but it was worth the buy for a quick bite to eat. I recommend the small cheese steak though, it packs quite a punch and would be a great meal to cure insomnia. The chips were a surprise too, not an overwhelming amount of salt, but just the right touch. Crispy as well but not rigid like stone, so definitely go for the chips and cheesesteak meal.

I've tried their DIY home kits and they're fantastic so thought I'd try straight from the restaurant.Taste was great but quite disappointing how little filling there was in the cheese steaks especially for the price. Sames goes for the nachos, ÂŁ9.50 for a portion with very little toppings.

A place I have wanted to try for a while as I have always wanted to try an authentic Phildelphia Cheesesteak.I won't lie but I was a Westfield to get some Popeyes but the que was quite long. I am glad i came across Passyunk in the upper food court.Order a whole Cheesesteak which was great with the classic cheesewiz topping. The Chipped beef, onions and peppers were great. For a Sandwich it was a little pricy at ÂŁ12.00 but I enjoyed my experience as you maybe able to tell from the photo. I will be back.

Love the classic Philly cheese steak!! Tastes delicious. Always wondered what it tasted like after hearing about Philadelphia’s speciality dish in Tv shows and films. Did not disappoint. Fills me up every time. If you’re in the area, it’s well worth trying out.

As I love cheese steaks made philly style and buffalo wings I thought I would give this place a try. What a MISTAKE as the person who took my order seemed like they couldn't be bothered or didn't want to be there. The buffalo wing were crispy but dry like I have never had before with no other taste than just spicy hot. The Biggest disappointment was the supposed star ot the meal, THE CHEASE STAKE or another word what steak. There was no steak in my sandwich at all but what looked like malted cheese over lots of chopped onions and little bit of mince meat with little or no taste. Never ever going back there.

We ordered a Love Bundle (Hoagies & Cheese Steaks) for our son's 30th birthday. It arrived when expected and we had a blast building them from the fab ingredients - (even my in-laws who have never been to Philly!) I especially enjoyed the provolone! Keep up the good work. Fly Eagles Fly!

Ordered the buffalo chicken. Buffalo flavour didn't quite taste right and the blue cheese sauce on the side was too overpowering. Also not enough filling, fairly standard, will try another sub next time.
