Petit Pret in Newham

Everything is fine, Nice environment, quick drinks, and good crowd.I am a regular here but today I was late and while I was walking out after collecting my drink, I heard the barista asking other employee "who let this guy in at this time?"Probably he thought i couldn't hear him as I had my headphones on.If your timing sheet at the door says that you close at 11:30pm, then I don't think your employees should be irritated to serve at 10:30pm?Be nice to customers, I work as a supervisor in a pub, I understand it is irritating when someone orders a drink when you are closing. But be nice and atleast let customers walk out before passing stupid comments.P.S. don't expect me to be here anymore, I'll probably go to other one.

Would like to thank the kind staff at Petit Pret, Stratford Station for their trust and kindness today. This morning on my way home from work I opted to grab a chicken & bacon caesar sandwich and almond croissant. Unfortunately their card payment system was having trouble, and was still unsuccessful after several attempts.Because I pass through the station regularly I asked if I could just come back and try tonight on my way to work, and the kind lady serving me agreed to this.This evening I popped in just to make payment. The two gents in store seemed very amused and surprised, and after a chat with who I assumed was the boss on shift they said there was no need to pay, and that they appreciated my honesty. Thank you everyone!In a general review, I usually only ever get the same things (chicken & bacon caesar, posh cheddar and pickle, almond croissant) which are always delicious and hit the spot. I can't really comment on their other products, though I do really wish that Pret would bring back the proper New Yorker sandwich instead of the veggie one.Because this is a small establishment in a train station it can be hectic at peak times with big queues. Just a little organisation, maybe separate queues for people who are just getting hot drinks, and those getting sandwiches etc to help things move faster. This is literally my only complaint, and it is minor.Wishing all the staff well and sending thanks again!

Absolutely amazing staff! Absolutely immaculate hygiene, amazing coffee and their pan au chocolat is to absolutely die for!!! Cannot express enough how amazing the staff are though! I left my phone accidentally at the shop, they picked it up, put it on charge for me and gave it back! ❤️

Honestly worst service I’ve had in a coffee shop let alone a Pret. Not what I expect from a Pret. So so slow as well.

This place can't stop surprise me..3 people in front, 2 serving and 1 making coffee. Long queue outside too. And one of them decide to go outside to clean the table, when they don't need it.Come on people, common sense please. You are loosing customers on daily bases!

I have already shared this with pret team and it happens again don't really get the point of having to put in a request and then being denied of it for 3 times consecutively next. Everytime I go in and ask for shake I get a strany looking face informing they don't have one. Don't really know the point of providing a subscription when you can provide people with what they want.Very poor service as well and takes 5-10 everytime for order and then being told I can't have what I need.

I visit for or five Prets a weekThe petit pret in Stratford could learn some customer care from the other branches.A hello, a smile anything would of been better than “huh?” And then blurting out my order. Would of had a better customer experience if I had used a self serve machine.I also noticed the single fruit is more expensive than other branchesMy coffee was lukewarmDoubt I’ll use here again

Ordered a oat hazelnut latte got the order wrong three timesThe third time I almost missed my train and upon leaving the coffee shop I’ve tasted the coffee to realise it was notOat milk it was cow milkSo now I’ve paid over £3.50 for a coffee made with something I’m allergic too.Utterly embarrassing how this happensWorst baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure of laying eyes on and really clearly playing with fire giving people coffee made with milk they can’t digest.Prett managers got in touch said it’s unacceptable told me they would send me something in light of the situation but lied through their teeth and did nothingWhy reply in the first place. Awful customer service even when severe allergy mistakes are made

Staff just made Morning!! I ordered strong oat latte with caramel and us baristas knows that,, weird coffee " orders like coffee it's the best by itself. I just love this combination from Pret and lovely gentleman (barista) took extra care of my order. Everyone was very lovely and the girl at check out that also passed me coffee as by mistake I wanted to take other coffee. Very very lovely people!! I have been visiting Pret at Stratford station, Jubilee line platform, on a daily bases for the last few months, I do not get to spend there more that 3 minutes because of the impressive team performance demonstrated on a daily bases, and to be maintaining such a friendly attitude at that early hour, and the busy lines, I salute them for doing so!! I must point out, the team member that truly leads the operation is the Barista who is on his machines making those drinks real quick and shouting out the ready drinks.. I asked for his name today, I secretly call him The Super Barista, but his name is Jose!! such a pleasant person, with great attitude and incredible performance! he even finds time to turn around and greet multiple customers. Well done to this team, they really do deserve to be rewarded with at least a good review!
