Pizza Go Go in Newham

The pizza I ordered was nastySeemed microwaved and wasn’t hot when I got itThe cheese slid off and was stiffThe toppings were falling offDough was to doughyWill never order from here again it’s disgusting

Pizza is always nice from here. But today I was given change in 10p and 20p coins when I paid with £20. They claimed not to have £1 coins. They have done this many times.

When i visited East Ham Pizza Go Go, they have very wide range of pizzas. i ordered one of pizzas on the menu they are always good and the cookies freshly baked from the kitchen, they were soft, chewy and chocolatey. Next time i will visit again because the pizzas they serve was very superb

Terrible terrible customer service and terrible pizza. I ordered delivery from East Ham for 2 large pizzas and the guy on the phone kept putting me on hold and was like I should order online and kept saying price on website was wrong and I that I should pay more than what's on their website and leaflets! And he said it'll take 1.5 hours to deliver. So basically did everything to persuade me not to order.Anyway the pizza comes and there is something really hard and pink that I can't really describe on them, definitely not something edible so both pizzas went into the bin. Previously have ordered pizzas from them and they were quite tasty but never going to order again after this experience.

Love pizza gogo i place order online and received pizza in 25 min They alway use fresh vegetable Definitely order next time again

Truly awful service. Waited 2 hours for delivery ...... On a Tuesday !!!!! ...... Part of the order couldn't be completed and when it arrived it was COLD. Pizza was over cooked and tasted bland. The cheese stuffed crust was stone cold and tasted like rubber and the sauce was terrible.When confronted via phone and asked for a refund, they only offered a " big discount " next time ...,. We won't be ordering again that's for certain.Shouldn't be able to supply food of that poor quality and service.DO NOT BUY FROM PIZZA GOGO EAST HAM.

it's 2nd time I received cold burn food from them I will never order again delivery guy had food just in boot no food bag nothing food was cold like cooked yesterday

The food is not bad, but the staff...I have ordered extra sauce they charged me for but they forgot to pack, and frome bbq chicken wings missed, after I called them and they was keeping me in phone around 10 min, after I talked with them they don't know anything...lieing, stealing and they are rude with costumer. Illiterate staff.

28 Nov 2019. Bought potato wedges £3.99 and Medium Pizza £5.99Potato wedges are not like before. Taste and look is different . Not good at all.Customer service was very very poor. I guess its under new management. And it has become more worse than before.

I phoned this store at exactly 10:22. I was told the food will arrive within 45 minutes . So 45 minutes later no food has arrived. I then phoned them again and they tell me their system was not working so they took my details once more. I was told the food will arrive in approximately 15 minutes . I waited another 15 minute and nothing arrived, so then I phoned them again. This time they tell me it will arrive in 5 minute and because their system was not working they gave us two “extra puddings “ which was nice of them. However, as seen from the pictures I have attached, I wasn’t expecting the food to arrive stone cold and hard.The food arrived at approximately 11:45. How am I to eat cold pizza? Absolute joke! Disappointed!
