Excellent customer service from the person at the till named Sanjoe! He was very polite, quick and efficient with his service. Definitely will be visiting again.

I ordered through the app, the process was quick, simple and hassle free. We ordered one Large Pizza deal with stuffed crust. The pizza's looked and tasted delicious.Yousaf delivered it with great smile and very friendly! :)

What a absolutely shambles of a place. Order online to get a email to tell me my order been cancelled. 1st thing i did was checked my bank money was taken out . Rung the take away up to be told . I need to go to the shop with proof of my purchase. I ask for the shops email address to send the proof over but they wasn't allowed to give it to me . Never in my life have i had to deal with such a rude person on the phone. Never again will i order from here

Easy to order and got a discount as well. It was delivered quicker than stated. The delivery driver was polite and wore a face mask. The pizza was piping hot, well presented and tasted delicious.

I don't really write reviews...but just worried about everyone safety the meat feast pizza from pizza hut east ham which left me severely ill after consuming it with a fever nausea vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain and cramps..( I was in a very bad way). plus loss of earnings as I was unable to work for 7 days. This has been reported to the Food Standards Agency.. please be careful Guys********((Salmonella Poisoning!!))********

Their customer service is very wrong. The gave the pizza and it was very cold. It was a person who served me with a pizza. It took half an hour to get the pizza he said to wait only 20 minutes. He talked to me in a wrong way. I ended up throwing the pizza away. If you keep any workers like this you will end up closing up the shop. I had to make my own food at the last minute and it was very late.

I ordered pizza by mistake and the people they were so good and kind and they sent me a replacement straightaway excellent service five stars

After waiting for 15mins someone came on the counter and when asked about a menu didn't know, called someone else who seems to be so annoyed for no reason. Left without order anything

We ordered two Large Pizza's for a bargain of £13.99, and added on a stuffed crust for one of them for £2.59, the pizza's looked and tasted delicious and the member of staff at the store was very kind and helpful, especially when it just started pouring with rain down outside.Would definitely visit again, recommended.The pizza's were ready in 17 minutes, quite the short wait for delectable quality.
