Appalling Service!!!The food was okay but the waitress failed to place an order for one of our meals then told us we'd have to wait half an hour for the meal to arrive the rest of the party had finished eating at this point she possibly struggled with the language I asked for the manager who failed to come over so I had to go and speak with her, she said she would take the service charge off the bill..... how generous couldn't believe it was so bad!!!Finally they took 10% of the final bill but all in all dreadful service and even worse recovery DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!Also they had run out of most of the food choices on an already limited menu!

It appears to have ceased trading. Shame as it was quite good a few years ago! Correct me if I am wrong.

The worst mozarella ever. Waiter really unpleasant.

Total cr4p. The base is 1mm thin and crispy, tomato sauce is tasteless paste, hardly any cheese, toppings were a joke. It tasted of nothing and cost £10. Save your money or eat somewhere else. Trading Standards should look into this, they are not pizzas by any definition.

Aside from the terrible service when we sat down inside and had to wait 10 minutes for menus, PizzaLuxe is actually very good.The pizzas are excellent, this is the perfect place when the weather is warm enough to sit outside in the sun and enjoy people watching at Westfield.

It's an average Pizza option, although the thin crusts are good.The service seems slow, for a small restaurant that seems to be well staffed.

Pizza was very dry and too expensive for its size
