Priya in Newham

I went there with friends for Sunday lunch time. The food was so tasty.. And variety of choices.. And the price is very good. Good location and good interior and not loud music like other Restaurants sin East Ham. They need to invest little bit money for a better toilet. I must mention the waiter Manju who served us was brilliant..

Good South Indian restaurant. The short eats were amazing, both mutton rolls and fish cutlets. The podi idlis were delish and also highly recommended. The Priya Special thali was tasty with fried fish, mutton and chicken curries. The place accepts card payments too.

As East Ham was celebrsting Eid, my husband and myself went to treat ourselves to Priyas, Srilankan Restaursnt at East Ham. We were served by a vibrant , friendly, hard working staff called Manju. We tried their Priya special set menu. Which was very tasty and spicy. Brought life back to our tongues. It was value for money.We will definitely come back to try all their veg n non veg food n luvly desserts.😁

Yesterday a very late night after 11:30 pm rich to East Ham was welcomed by Priya Restaurant in Eastham. Fantastic Food and hospitality.The team was very welcoming in suggesting signature dishes, like sea food devil, mutton varuval, kerala fried chicken Etc. One Parotta can be eaten by two, that’s the kind of size it holds. Tasty gravy.

Really good food. I have gone and tried many places over the last 10 years but keep coming back for their food. The decor is not stunning but they are friendly staff and the food is delicious. Do try the dishes and see how much money you save.

I've been to this restaurant twice before and as a lacto-ovo vegetarian I asked the waiter if the egg biryani had any meat in it and he said no, the rice is cooked separately without meat. It was really nice and so I had another takeaway weeks later where the same waiter served me. Third time round I ordered from a different person, and this time my takeaway had chicken pieces! I suspect the chef has been previously removing the chicken pieces from the rice because I could have sworn I saw the tiniest of chicken bone the second time round but thought I was mistaken. Avoid this place, they are a devious, cunning bunch.

Best in eastham.. I highly recommend this hotel dine in with no disturbance No over crowd melody songs and service person is just awesome. Give you 5/5. I travel all the way from eastbourne to Eastham to have my favourite dosai with mutton curry.

Food was awful !! In my whole life I never seen service like this kind of .Had to wait for food 1 hour .We were trying talk with them after coming food thy don’t even bother to give us attention.When we complain manager said why we did not go to bar and complain what a joke .Please please please avoid this restaurant!!!!Paseary nan war roti not nana at allAnd Prota was Tesco frozen potata .Even their health and softy stander questionable !!!

Food is really good, but could improve the service. When we walked in we werent sure if we should go sit anywhere or wait to be seated. Good selection of food in menu, reasonable price, decent taste. Restaurant was quite noisy waiters weren't around when you needed them. Overall happy customer, would go again but would like to see an improved service.

Amazing authentic Srilankan & South Indian food. Good size portions which makes it reasonably priced. Excellent selection of drinks, including Lion stout (from Srilanka)! Loved their dosa & coconut pancake. The service was very relaxed without any pressure. Once our orders were taken, it didn't take long for food to start arriving. Good sound system with nice background music. Lighting, decor & chairs however could be do with improvment.
