Terrible bad service. avoid please please please. Food overpriced and over rated also.On Friday 4th of march about 4pm We asked to speak with the manager at the time as they never took cash, but did in the past, so wanted to see if we could pay extra to the company so it would cover any card machine costs they may endure doing this... As I had left my card at home on this day by mistake and only had cash. So spoke with staff to get the manager.. What a night mare this was, the guy seemed to maybe be in a bad mood or have no training dealing with costumers and i could clearly see it was not his business as he did not care we was spending £50 or wanted to make sure we came back in the future and keep spending more.We was very respectful but he he stood 12 feet away talking loud to us from the back of the shop, for everyone all to hear, so for us to reply back we also had to spk loud…, other customers even approved me after to say they saw his rude way and was shocked as we was only asking simple basic questions..He couldn’t articulate his self well at all and did not have the decency too come over at the start and just talk to us in a professional manner about it all. At one point He stayed away started to clap and laugh at us in a sarcastic manner as he thought we was being rude asking him to come over and have a discrete conversation with us, as it never looked great him just shouting from 12 feet away.. I really could see his staff was really intimidated of him and think anyone with such an ignorant approach is just unacceptable for any customer facing business. It got passed the cash and getting food I just wanted to explain about service he could use with costumers ahead. We happily went to Nando’s and spent our cash £65 with them and will never shop at Rhythm again. I’ve used to big orders from them at £80 to £100 a time and will encourage another Caribbean store in Westfield upstairs to make an option for another shop hopefully with better service.. Rhythm do not deserve any customers spending with them with that coming from the top.Description of Manage is male, dark brown skinned is 6.1 feet in height, dreadlocks pulled back into a Ponti tall, big round bulk eyes and around 35 to 40 years of age.. I believe he is the son of one of the owner and probably felt entitled with the nepotism, as nothing else could explain the terrible attitude he had, he will single handily destroy the reputation and hard work put into that business and staff working with him.. The staff around him was good though I must say.I PUT A SHORT CLIP VIDEO OF HIM SO YOU CAN SEE HOW FAR HE WAS CLAPPING AND SHOUTING AT US AS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS..

Jerk chicken & jerk pork ordered come really quick, nice and absolutely delicious..I come on rush hour which kept me waiting but it was worth it, the price was fantastically low as I was Westfield,A very brilliant Jamaican atmosphere here…

Surly unhelpful staff apparently outraged that when I ordered the kids 'drumstick' meal I asked for a drumstick instead of the non-child friendly piece of unidentifiable bone with a little meat attached served instead (they love to bulk out a meal with bones here). The server did not communicate with me verbally at all- just went to the chef who removed the bone, dumped a drumstick in the bowl and the server returned dropped the bowl back on the counter in front me. No apology, enjoy your meal or there you go, just silence and then walked away. The quality and taste of dishes is inconsistent, portions are small and overall the food is not that tasty. I am from the Caribbean and the food does not taste it's not authentic. Will never go back.

Lovely place to get a quick bite in Stratford, consistently good quality, tasty food. The jerk chicken, rice + peas, slaw and fried plantain are my go to. Upon my last visit, i also ordered the salt fish fritters which I tried for the first time, and they were delicious.

Very tasty food!! Nice staff! Fast service! The only thing I didn't like the portions are to small. I had the chicken meal with 2 sides 1/4 of a chicken was more like a very small drumstick.

Goat wasn't as soft as I expected it to be. Flavours were good. First time trying Caribbean food so I can't speak on authenticity of flavour, but it tasted very similar to South Asian cooking.

Really sad this place didn't live up to my expectations, as a Caribbean woman I know how the food here should taste and I found a number of issues. The saltfish fritters - tasted nice and I was enjoying them until I bite into one and there's a ball of uncooked flour in the middle and in my mouth. I checked all of the other fritters which were fine, so took it back to the desk and requested a new fritter, I was shocked that it came with another ball of flour. They ended up giving me a full refund. The curry goat roti - I'm a big fan of roti and curry at home, unfortunately this didn't live up to my expectations, the flavour was very bland and goat overcooked. The Fruit Punch - supposedly homemade, I expected something fresh! Unfortunately this tastes like fruit punch you get in a carton with some ginger and lemon squeezed on top. Overall a real disappointment, we won't be returning customers.

The food was definitely not something I have tasted in Jamaica, the flavour was more Asian. I had oxtail but had difficulty finding the meat in the abundance of sauce and bones. I was very disappointed.

TLDR *Would not recommend unless you would like to be shouted at by staff and disappointing food*I visited Stratford mall and came across this restaurant. It was very busy so I thought it must be an exceptional place, boy was I wrong. The girl that served me was nice enough she took my order and handed me a buzzer that would indicate my food was ready to collect. I waited about 25mins for my food to be ready. When I went to collect the food was plated up (I had asked for it to be in a take away container), they realised as I approached and went to rectify this, however I noticed that something was missing from my order. I asked about this and a man (who behaved like he may be in charge) asked me what was missing and what it was I ordered. Long story short the lady at the till and I had misunderstood each other, £20 later I was set to have a small pot of coleslaw, the fries in the photos and my drink. The meal did not come with rice and 2 sides I thought I was getting but curry goat and and option of 2 sides for £17. I opted to have my coleslaw swapped out for rice and when I asked one of the kind girls at the counter they asked and thus began a shouting match between the "man in charge" and himself as I was not getting in the middle of that. I took my rice, departed only to find the food lacked the flavour Caribbean food generally has, disappointed and do not recommend.

Ordered curry goat + rice & peas + steamed veggies today at Rythm kitchen Stratford. I am a regular to this restaurant whenever I am in Westfield mall.( atleast 2 times a month ) However today has been awfully disappointing in the way the goat was cooked. It is over cooked to the point that one can’t differentiate between the curry and the goat .. 98% of the time the curry us a bit runny and goat is cooked to perfection where you can taste the meat. Today I just could not finish my meal. Hope someone from the restaurant is looking at this feedback as this is falling below your own standards.
