Shake Shack Westfield E20 in Newham

Great shakes, the strawberry and rhburb shake was fabulous. Very polite, professional staff. Nice spacious venue, very clean, good service and fair prices for a London. Highly recommend a visit if your going to the Westfeild shopping centre.

The chicken is halal and the food is presented very fast. The customer service is excellent all the staff were very welcoming and friendly to my family. Jack is particular went above and beyond to assist us. The seating is cool and there a Footbàll table to keep you occupied whilst you wait. Very clean and staff are constantly visiting tables and wiping them down after use.

Very busy restaurant. The chicken burger is halal according to staff. The burger was very thick and moist but didn't have enough sauce. The pickles were quite vinegary too and didn't add much to the burger. The lemonade was ok. It's quite strong in flavour and is more of a sipping drink. Definitely a nice drink to have on a hot day.The chocolate milkshake comes with marshmallows so may have gelatine in it. Ask without marshmallows at the till. The shake was quite thick and tasty.

Just eat the shroom burger and save urself from the disappointment that is their chicken burger. Their new edition n vegan range is so so soooo much better. Buy 1 get 1 free for student discount aayeee. The cheese Fries were OK but got boring soon

First Shake Shack experience for me back in October, and it was a good one. Staff was nice and chatty, even ordering my meal was enjoyable. My burger was good, maybe a bit small but tasteful. I ordered the cheesy fries, but I wasn't too convinced by the cheese sauce. Fries were very good though.Will come back for sure when I travel to London again. Recommended.

Great tasting burgers, second only to Bleeker burgers in my opinion. Expensive though, it came to £45 for three burgers, three lemonades and three portions of chips

Members of the staff were really nice. I prefer their burgers to bland ones tasted at Five Guys. Double Shackmeister is recommended, it's available only for a limited time though. Also appreciated their initiative for charity: by donating 3 quid to "action against hunger" you get a coupon to claim a free shake. Not 5* as tables were sticky.

Excellent burger joint, plenty of drink (shakes, beer, softdrinks), sides options (recommend the curly cheese fries) and burger options. Order came through quite quickly aswell. Good sitting options available here too. The place also has a foosball table for entertainment while you are waiting for your order or after your lunch/dinner.

First time visiting any Shake shack store. This one was a little hard to find, I had to call the store for the location. They were outside, rather than inside. It's abit on the pricier side but the burger I got was out of this world. Each bite was just Juicy and meaty. It was such a big delicious burger I didn't need chips, so I'm glad I didn't get them. I also got the chocolate brownie custard dessert which was out of this world. I thoroughly enjoyed every spoonful of this. I will definitely be back to try the other dessert flavours. It's expensive yes, but a must have for that special treat.

One of my fav spots in London for a chicken burger (halal)! Comfort food for sure! Lovely Mayo! Seasoning - flavours! All that!Cheesy chips was a bit too much for me but partner loved it!
