Speedy Noodle in Newham

Disappointing!!! The food looked bland and tasted bland. I had to add my own seasoning juts to make it slightly tastier! The portion size is decent but the taste is not there. Avoid!!!

Their food used to deserve 5 star review.. but from few months now it’s not like before anymore… the taste is very mild and they do not put all the ingredients in carefully anymore.. (the price also gone up) The last four times I have been there it was pretty bad.. when I asked they say that the chef have not changed so they don’t understand where the problem is.. they try fixing by putting in extra of some ingredients but nothing ever worked..

Hurts to see this place drop its standards and price increase. Still worth a try #105 is my favourite. Starters dropped from 5* to 1*. But still loyal to the place and hopefully it changes then next.

Prices gone up and food gone downhill, chilli oil that used to be 20p now 80p, chicken taste very slimey and un-chicken like, terrible service, very rude on the counter.

The chicken noodles is very tasty.the portions is big for one person. Good value of money. Only problem they don’t take card, only cash payment

Nice and clean with large portions every dish I have ever tasted is nice it’s family friendly with loads of room for big gatherings

Lots of choices here; predominantly Chinese cuisine with some Thai and Malaysian options thrown in. Considering the very generous portion sizes, I'd say it is great value-for-money. But make sure you notice that it is cash only... I'd definitely revisit if I'm need a big hearty meal in as little time as possible! ☺🖒

can't complain, i had noodles with beef and mushrooms I've eaten in other places and comparing will say on average quality, big portion on plate as per food, i would like them to improve the toilets room as it's stinking of mold

The food here is nice and great value for money, as they are very large portions. I eat in and order takeaway sometime.While the food is good, there can be some improvements made here with the cleanliness of the place and the order-takers/servers.This being a Chinese restaurant one would expect the order takers to know the menu and the items that are on it and how to pronounce them at the very least. I would also question the personal hygiene of some of the female order-takers (the Muslim woman in the hijab) who had body odour.Once these issues have been addressed I think Speedy Noodle is worthy of five stars, as I’ve never had any issues with the food.

Plenty of seating space and large portions with a good customer service and offer almost all dishes.Best part about this restaurant is they’ll make food or mix dishes that isn’t on the menu.
