T G F Pizza in Newham

The pizza itself is good. And it is cheap. But, the service is terrible. They hang up the phone on you and don't update you. Horrendous service and rude guys.

The blandest chicken fillet burger ever, no flavour at all. Me and my partner order one burger meal and one burger on its own it wasn't worth £12 also no tissue in the bag and only one ketchup and one mayo.

RAW bbq wings. Looked like it was washed off another dish, diluted in brown water and stuck in a container. DISGUSTING!!!Asked for well done food. Got almost microwave cooked old potato skins that were just old food definitely not cooked today. The cheese blob must have been grilled to give a look of freshness. DISGUSTING!!I asked for chilli sauce. Guy telephoned and double checked to cook EVERYTHING well done and give lots of separate chilli sauce.Erm they forgot both elements of that and sent me cold uncooked food thats few days old probably scooped off the floor. I would not be surprised.The pizza was nice but just like warm.Guy told me don't worry food will be 30-40. 70 minutes later goes to wrong address and calls me.I text the guy and his response "Sorry we will look after you next time ".This place needs to be inspected the the food standards authority.This is an honest review. Food received 01.10 and time now is 01.40.

I ordered from here today. A special offer for an 18 inch pizza. I went through the ordering options and ordered a stuffed crust. I paid through PayPal after selecting everything.Anyway, shortly after ordering, the pizza guy calls me. He's really accusatory, saying I didn't pay for the stuffed crust, so I'll have to pay £4.50 when the pizza arrives. I say, well its not me is it, I paid what the app asked me to pay. He carries on, I felt like I was being accused of being a thief! Anyway, I agreed to him sending me a non stuffed crust in the end, because at this point I'm just hangry.I'm not sure what I could have done differently to make the app charge me for the stuffed crust, which I selected with the options presented and paid what was asked.And £4.50 for a stuffed crust? daylight robbery!!?? What scam is this?

Worst experience ever! We ordered a spicy sausage pizza, but ended up getting a salami pizza. Disgusting pizza. Horrendous pizza. Having to give 1 star because I'm unable to guve 0 star. Also the coke is fake!!!!!!!! Only they know which country they got this come from.

The donner kebab pizza is the WORST pizza we've ever had!! Honestly it was cold, with chunky old donner pieces. Just horrible and inedible. Called the restaurant and they didn't care. Felt awful wasting an entire pizza but could not eat it.

Been ordering from here for years and I’ve gotta say they are leagues beyond better than any other place you’ll find local. Always top notch pizzas. If you’ve never tried the tgf special with stuffed jalapeño cream cheese crust then you are missing out.

Atmosphere is nice and the seating area was really nice, food 6/10, room for improvement.

The service and food is awesome I have been taking pizza from this place quite long , normally I don’t leave review but outstanding service and multiple choice of food and dining made me to write a small recommendation for others to give a try as well

Very good pizza and kebab. Ordered their Afghan kebab with rice on one occasion and enjoyed it very much. Their haloumi cheese and Chinese chicken pizza toppings in particular are really nice. I dig the £2.50 7-inch pizza option.
