poor service, but food was very nice, authentic Malayalam cuisine. The menu was old so price was not matching. Would certainly recommend!

Food is an easy 5 stars! definitely a must try but several things to keep in mind regarding the service...You won't get seated...you need to ask for each thing including a menu and water...I waited ages for the menu and they work with tunnel vision so you'll have many attempts to get their attention if you need anything. Also the menu prices aren't up to date.Regardless of the service the food is amazing, btw expect to eat with your hands which is normal there...a lot of the foods will probably be easier if you do as well. For the main I recommend the Chicken Devilled, King Prawn Roast, Kerala Beef Roast and Karimeen Pollichathu. You can have this with Kerala Parotta, Biriyani or Vella Appam. They don't have much of a drinks selection other than Chai and Lime juice but if you never had Indian Lime juice then make sure you give it a try as it's sweet and delicious.

Horrible service. They will barely pay any notice to you. You will have to ask for menu and water and everything else. First the girl who served us says it will take long time for parantha so we ordered something else. When it was 25 mins till our food not arrived we asked and she replies it will take time. They don't care about the customers. Seems like a family run Restaurant which is why they lack professionalism and decency to treat their customers politely.

Had a really bad experience with them, we four had food from there and we felt bad about the beef curry, then and there and we told the counter that we are not feeling good about the beef curry that we had and he deduct 4 pound from the whole bill.. after reaching home Two of us had stomach upset and other girl was vomiting the whole night.. thats something which shouldn't happen. We are eating from out to feel good not to feel sick.

I am a regular customer here and we were a big fan of this place until before our last 2 visits. This place has dropped its food quality . The naadan chicken fry- their signature dish is no longer good. It was just bland and something fried in oil.Their biriyani again was just full of mint leaves and minty flavour. I felt I would have rather spend time and made biriyani at home.Very very disappointing.

The food is very good, but the customer service is too bad. We had to wait for 1hr 10mins for our food to be served. Though the food is worth the wait, don't think 1 hour waiting time in a restaurant is acceptable. They have only one waiter who serves the food, and takes the role of cashier and also to clean the tables.Food - 5 starCustomer Service - 1Waiting time - 0

I would give this place 5 stars for the food. It has authentic south Indian flavours and the whole vibe of the place is very homely. Many menu items are unavailable most of the time and the wait time is a bit more. If you be patient enough, the food is well worth the wait.Chilli chicken and mutton roast along with some parotta were just amazing.

Good Kerala food...many items on the menu unavailable most of the times..Good beef Fry and porotta.

0 star if I could.I bought 5 onam sadhya for £85, and I am not impressed. My family have been loyal customers for many years and this will be the last time we order here. Do not waste waste your money. My friends bought an onam sadhya for 2 people and received much more food from muzuriz in seven Kings.Firstly, there is nowhere near enough food for 5 people. It barely caters 2 people! No rasam!? No banana chips!? What a joke.Parippu containers were not closed properly (and were not filled up in the first place), meaning barely any was remaining. Even at full capacity it would barely be enough for 2 people. My onam is ruined. And my disappointment is immeasurable. Please see the photos for reference "for 5 people". Drink can included for reference of sizing.

Wonderful food. Authentic Kerela flavours. Environment was like a typical small Indian restaurant, the likes you might see in every food street in South India. Bobby was such a warm host.
