The Grill in Newham

I remember thinking, what just happened? I’m sure you can relate. How many times have you gone to an establishment and they boast about a secret recipe? Only to dine at the restaurant and each morsel is reminiscent of something else you’ve tasted just down the road. Not here, they definitely have a secret recipe, each morsel was an experience. The marinade and the tender chicken is something un paralleled. This place is a must try, I’m still struggling to relate the culinary experience, it’s not like any other chicken i’ve tasted!Aside from food, the service was great and cleanliness was great too. Will visit again soon.Had to visit again and they didn’t fail to deliver. Food and service was exemplary!!

Last night we had food there, the food was great. Chips and wedges were good as well. The whole family loved the food. The price of main dishes was very reasonable. To get to this place you simply walk through the Westfield shopping centre to the other side of it, pass the church on you left and you're there. I would suggest they create platters without sausages. Also that Mushroom and chilli sauce we had was really great. Not your usual chilli from a tub, but way better. I took pictures of the menu as well.

Quality food at a reasonable price. Staff were all very friendly and attended to our every request. A must visit.

The food came really quick. Unfortunately the spicy rice was not at all spicy. The sweet potato fries were very tasty and the chicken was good. Its my first time here, because I live local, I hadn't been. My friend told me the food was good so I thought I'd try it. Staff were friendly, but left us to get on with it, which I like. I would like to try some other things on the menu.There was nowhere to sanitise your hands. But they did have a toilet so I suppose you could wash your hands. I would recommend it.

My favourite restaurant! I love it! My favourite has to be their frango steak with hot pepper sauce and steak chips. They do everything from gourmet burgers, sirloin steaks, to whole grilled chicken and pasta dishes. They have a range of sauces to chose from and tasty sides and starters (got to try their grilled chops platter!). Really can't go wrong. I've never had a bad experience here. I would highly recommend. The staff are very friendly too and always try to accommodate no matter how large the party of diners.

I've got say my expectations were pleasantly surpassed. When you approach it doesn't look like much, hidden away in the shade of Westfield Shopping centre so don't be misled by first impression. Service was super fast staff were on their toes all night ready to respond at a moment's notice. Unto the food..... great value for money and that seasoning very nicely done, great rub on the chicken. If you fancy a good grill, at a decent price I think look no further, great flavour and great service! Truly a gem tucked away in the busy streets of Stratford!

Always lived in Stratford never been here, new owners. Nandoos was closed due to chicken shortages 🐔 thought I'd give it a try. Was surprised by the high ratings.Very very surprised. Really hard to find good man & cheese in London but this was nice, too much Bechamel sauce for me but was still cheesy. Wing were grilled and the sweet and sticky sauce was really nice, the buffalo wings were OK.The also do steaks, but steakhouse is right around the corner and I wouldn't really chose this over Nandoos, especially as this costed £13, slightly more than Nandoos. But still great food.

The steak has too many things going for it. Some might like it but I personally prefer my steak plain. The steak itself was nice. I'd suggest to get rid of the bread and cheese on top. The pina colada was nice but the blue lagoon kinda tasted like cough syrup. The chilli cheese stuff was really good. The rainbow cake thing was good, wish the cake was a little bit soft and fresh but the drink was nice. Service was good too. Overall a good restaurant and its worth a visit.

The Grill Stratford is one of the hidden good places to eat in Stratford.Outside of the The Grill Stratford does not look attractive or expect it to be of great service.Entering inside was an element of a pleasant surprise and excitement.The waiters were professional in taking our orders, serving and packing after enjoying the lovely meal.Recommend the sirloin steak. Just visited this place with my wife, it was our first time going out after this lockdown. The food was absolutely amazing and our waiter Shorif was 10/10 the whole experience this evening was incredible because of Shorif and his attention to details. Will visit more often and recommend to all my friends and family.
