Tortilla Stratford in Newham

Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked for a medium bowl and was told they were out of the packaging so I asked if they could put a medium portion in a large size packaging which they said they have. Only to be refused as they said I needed to pay for the large. No compromise, no application of common sense. Will not go back!

Went there today and I'm absolutely thrilled! Just a casual shopping day with having food at Tortilla Stratford. Very busy with queue all the time, team made me very welcome and did amazing food. Totally worth the price. Maya and her customer service was spot on as always! I will totally be back soon! Thanks <3

Today I was served by Maja and Roxy during very busy time there were super nice, polite and gave me amazing customer service, they offered me meal deal which was good for me as I could enjoy more my lunch break then ever, definitely I will back there again for amazing guacamole and tortilla chips! Well done to all of you guys! Great job!

It was the first time at Tortilla but I am very very happy with great service (even was crazy busy). People were very friendly and helped me with everything. Tasty food and great service it's all we need after shopping ☺️

This was my second time trying Tortilla and couldn't remember what I had the first time. Ordered grilled chicken naked bowl, which was tasty, delicious and scrumptious! Lettuce, pickled onions, black beans and cheese...what a wonderful lunch! Range of toppings and ordering online was easy. Thank you! 😊

I never do reviews but I must say the service was so absolutely outstanding that I felt compelled to! I felt that if I were not to then the ground would swallow me up almost the same way I swallowed those incredible tacos! The best part? It's Thursday so the tacos are only £1 each!!! I couldn't believe my luck. My first experience with Tortilla but definitely not the last. Also, the manager, young man with dark hair, was easy on the eyes ;)

Loved the food. It was well crafted. The service was also awesome. Try the Chicken Nachos. They don't give the bill for customers though.

Burrito was too wet and hard to eat with hands. Flavour was just ok.Tacos were a disappointment. Soft shell and little filling. The vegan chilli is not well seasoned.The guacamole extra is small and the taste is average. At least the beer was properly cold.

I newly discovered Tortilla and am loving it. A little taste of Mexico with different ranges of spice and hotness for those with daring taste buds.I went for the delicious beef naked burrito with a drink for under £10. Which to me, isn't bad at all. There's ample sitting space to eat and relax. Staff are friendly and happy to help you choose from the menu if you are confused like I was. There's wheel chair ♿accessibility here. And parking is available at the Westfield car park.
