Rubbish food and Rubbish costumer service you have to wait for your food between 1 hour to 1qnd half hour and when is to your door the food is not even hot and proper cook very unprofessional people when you ask them you want to speak to managers all off them they are boss but no one manager is there

Rubbish customer service and pretty rude, I'm not buying any food from here again. The fried rice was mushy and nothing like how it normally tastes and the excuse was that they sometimes mix in glutinous rice. They made such a fuss over replacing it and their attitude was so bad I decided not to eat it

Terrible place! Black listed me because just eat refunded me for the food I never received. They gave the food to someone else. The cheek of them black listing me because I haven’t received the food! Terrible customer service. The only thing I like from this Chinese is the bbq ribs with sauce. So I tried to order from them today. And they completely cancelled my order due to them black listed for not receiving my food 😂😂😂 this place is terrible I would avoid them at all cost! I’m going to another Chinese now. Hopefully get better quality food and better Mangment! Mangament is TERRIBLE.

After being served uncooked rice, I asked for new potion, I just got the same potion heated up (I binned it) No refund and I was told to not return, that I wouldn’t make a difference to their business.I’m not saying customers are always right but being treated like that over fried rice is extremely rude.

40quid set meal, prawn balls soogy as hell, pork tasted old and stale, chow mein dry and meat free, didnt enjoy one part of the package even the spare ribs seemed d and frozen wont order again

Great food, great service everytime, eat here and all my family agree it's a great takeaway!! Although that's my preference. We each like different things!

Ordered a bento box ( Egg fried rice with beef in black bean sauce) - It was really delicious with great quality, everything had unique taste which I had ordered, adjustable packaging. Nothing bad to say about the food. Too good I didn’t get any pics haha 😂
