Afters in Redbridge

The staff isn't the best over here. One lady at the ice-cream serving counter had such an unwelcoming attitude while answering one small question. They couldn't even do a simple half and half which wasn't too much to ask in the first place. Flavours taste good but their customer service can definitely improve.

Just ordered a strawberry cheesecake and regretted it the second i took a bite. The cheese cream seems fake, is stale and the biscuit tasteless. The top base is strawberry jelly which is horrible. Overall a very very poor experience and I won't be ordering it again. On a plus, the chocolate strawberries were heavenly as always 😋

You've been open 10yrs plus years you make good money and sell good deserts and your still trying to fiddle the books by only accepting cash. It's now 2022 where even ice cream vans take cards. Absolutely embarrassing.

They have just sent me a piece of dried out cheap shop waffle instead of a freshly made one. Hugely disappointed! Don't get delivery from this place! Everything was thrown into the bag, without giving any attention to the fact that the food and ice cream needs to get to the costumer in one piece.

Have had excellent service previously but not on this occasion, order was late due to the fact it was being delivered on a pedal bike from Ilford to Dagenham! Milkshakes had spilled everywhere so ended up with none, waffle cold & stale, delivery man just said complain to deliveroo, what a joke, have tried to phone Afters but they don't answer the phone, not happy right now.

We had waffle and Ferraro Roche milkshake. It was Fresh and delicious. We enjoy visit every time. Most important staff is very friendly and helpful.Highly Recommended

First time here..we got an empty table which was a blessing but it wasn't clean.great customer service the gentleman on the counter explained so well orderd waffle which was out of this world and cookie dough

I tried to call them before leaving a bad review in order to rectify the issue, but no one answers the phone. So here it is, if you ordering from Uber Eats please beware of food quality. Not overcooked but burnt cookie dough. How can someone even justify sending this, is beyond me. So disappointed had to bin it. Won’t be ordering again for sure.

Place is small but busy .....but comparatively wafel and craps are OK taste fresh couldn't have the sauce instead sysrup was poured In the wafel wasn't my cup of tea .... with Ice Cream varieties not that much milk tatse in Ice Cream flavours......its only a Pitt stop for me

Overall good experience, they have huge variety of ice cream flavours. Also plenty of options of freshly prepared waffles. We tried falooda ice cream which was the nearest to a desi flavours in London, kids enjoyed it a lot. Staff was courteous and prepared quickly.
