I enjoyed the jalepeno and cheese savoury pretzel here But not happy with customer service.

Generally Auntie Anne's food are nice but this Particular one staffs doesn't maintain the hygiene at all ! Very rude to Customers,careless Particularly round face bit big Easter European lady was so untolarableManagement need to look into that

Fab pretzels and cinemon sticks but if their coffee is the best Seattle (who knew Seattle was coffee Mecca... 🤔) can offer, you can keep it 🤮

Mini dogs are so tasty, also the loyalty card is good too, you get 1 free (round pretzel) when you collect 4 stamps.

Great shop. They do great pretzels but I wish they gave the dip free with the pretzel and we didn't have to pay an extra 50p but oh well they have to make money. The vanilla coffee was tasty too, I definitely will be ordering from here again when I next visit Exchange. 😊

Everytime we go shopping at Ilford mall ... by default we have to buy a few boxes of those delicious nuggets 😍

I hate this shop, I had received the worst customer service ever! They promote 'fresh' pretzels but the only fresh thing in my pretzel was a hair! I was utterly disgusted and when I spoke to the manager about it she told me it was my fault. She wouldn't refund me and refused to take the blame. This place is one of the worst places i've been to in my life. I recommend you don't waste your money here, there are much better places.
