Costa Coffee - Ilford 2 in Redbridge

Far too many homeless people either staying here or coming in and harassing customers for money. Lots of people also walking in and sitting without buying anything, management needs to crack down on this. Also poor quality of service

absolutely disgusting my son is autistic and asked what the staff said he got very confused and anxious because he couldnt understand the man behind the till so he refused to serve me because of him i will never be going back here absolutely disgusting behaviour. this is the man in the picture and i will make a formal complaint to customer service!

The slowest service in coffee shop ever! One person in front of me, simple order, but a really long wait. Orders being mixed up. Just chaos.

Best place for coffee in ilford 2 Always recommend nice staff and clean washrooms. But I can see staff are struggling here always 2 person, coffee quality good but needs more staff.

No trained barista. All staff making coffee. Same coffee whatever you order. I order flat coffee and got hell of foam on it. They even dont knpw the difference between them.Slow service. I think they are saving laving labour coat.

As usual according to the company policy, staff provided really good service and help me to find the best Chai Latte. Highly recommended and would like to say everyone must try. 🤪😜🤪😜

Costa Coffee is the best place to drink your coffee. Always good quality coffee, good and very friendly customer service. I super recommend Costa Coffee Ilford 2.

I’m a regular costumer at costa coffee at ilford. I don’t normally give feedback but I would like to let the managers know that one of your staff i think he’s name is Ahmed, he’s Cusomter service is amazing, he makes one of the best flatwhite coffee.

The quality of the coffee is good, but service is slow and all look new and a bit disorganised. The should have each staff on each station so everyone know what they are doing, it seems like everyone does everything and it gets chaotic and customers getting their drink late. Use to work in retail, I will change the deployment completely henceforth 3 stars

Rightly located in the city centre.Perfect to grab a coffee on the go or to relax sipping your favorite coffee in the shop.Appreciate their service and well maintained store.
