Costa Coffee in Redbridge

So basically I was costa coffee in ilford yesterday and I give worker 20£ to just get Salted Caramel Frappé with Coffee and she gave me 11,20£ wich i didn’t count I was in rush bad services went back to day the just calling me lier👎🏽👎🏽

I have been to ilford costa coffee, really enjoyed and had great time on yesterday evening. I really like the salted Caramel frappe even the busy time service was friendly and fast. 😊

Just getting coffee at this Costa, it took the pair around 5-10 mins to make an Iced Latte, and serve me a slice of cake to take away. I am one of three people, last in the queue. The guy behind the counter didn't make it clear at all that all they had was their small sizes as I asked for the largest they had. After, I watched this guy rub his face and seemingly pick something out of his eye before going straight to touching the serving cups without washing his hands, come on guys, just a little hygiene would be good, usually Costa is my go-to, but because of today, it's dropped on my list.

The slowest service in coffee shop ever! One person in front of me, simple order, but a really long wait. Orders being mixed up. Just chaos.

absolutely disgusting my son is autistic and asked what the staff said he got very confused and anxious because he couldnt understand the man behind the till so he refused to serve me because of him i will never be going back here absolutely disgusting behaviour. this is the man in the picture and i will make a formal complaint to customer service!

Best place for coffee in ilford 2Always recommend nice staff and clean washrooms.But I can see staff are struggling here always 2 person, coffee quality good but needs more staff.

The quality of the coffee is good, but service is slow and all look new and a bit disorganised. The should have each staff on each station so everyone know what they are doing, it seems like everyone does everything and it gets chaotic and customers getting their drink late. Use to work in retail, I will change the deployment completely henceforth 3 stars

Rightly located in the city centre.Perfect to grab a coffee on the go or to relax sipping your favorite coffee in the shop.Appreciate their service and well maintained store.

Poor customer service by their female staff, except the Asian guy Hameed who was excellent.

Very slow service. There was around 7 people waiting for their coffee at one time. I've never seen that at a Costa before. I saw a few mobile phones being checked on shop floor behind the counter.... when you have alot of people waiting, it's best not to occupy yourself with personal things. Drink was still made well even though I waited what felt like forever.
