Firebean Mexican Kitchen in Redbridge

Upon entry to the takeaway, waitress total blanked and zoned out, studied the menu and tried to order. waitress stated i am doing something atm i cannot take your order, - (at this point pouring sauces into tubs - this is a task that can be put to the side and take an order from a paying customer)Waitress was very abrupt and totally dismissive - as a first time customer NOT IMPRESSED AT ALLfood was lackluster - lamb chili was ground up real good - could not taste what meat it was.the only part that was the highlight - Mexican cola.

Very dissapointed. Served by senior management and when he made my burrito he didn't wear any gloves. Picked up the salad with his bare hands - lettuce, cheese followed by rolling the burrito with his bare hands.I did not see him wash his hands. They need to use tongs for the salad. The FSA would not be very pleased by what we saw. Not nice.God knows what comes into your packages via the home delivery companies.Wont be going again unfortunately.

This evening me and my family we went to dine in at Firebean Mexican Kitchen. When we came we sat down. Then we realised that we had to Order over the tills. When I went to the tills reg gentlemen at the till was very rude and unprofessional.We wanted to order then pay for the meal, but he said “ you have to pay then order”. My wife has also received the bad service from the Female at the till. I just hope they’ll change the way they treated us this evening. Lastly , I hope that they’ll take some courses on how to provide excellent service in a restaurant in the near future.

Ordered twice from here now. First time was nice, but second time was a bit of a let down. Soggy Nachos unfortunately. Will try again though as it was overall good.

I was very impressed with the food it was put together very well, tasted amazing and was very filling. I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try you won't be disappointed. The desserts were definitely one of the best I've had in awhile.

The Beef steak Burrito that i have ordered several times from Just Eat is honestly magical. So flavourful. 11/10. Always comes piping hot

Love this place! Regularly order from them and always arrives hot. Burritos are 👌, superb amount of filling and loads of choices for filling. Nachos are our of this world! Lots of vegetarian/halal choices too

Was served by Sabrina who is really friendly with a beautiful smile! The food was tasty & filling, also loved that the menu is halal. Will definitely be back!
