Franzos Piri Piri in Redbridge

Good Standard of Halal Food was very good. You will never go wrong there. Got the Family platter definitely enough for 4, also got the Peri Burger and Tikka Burger very nice flavours. Timings of service was slightly long but won't hold it against them. Sauces Hot Chilli sauce isn't hot.

Ordered through Uber Eats and was unable to leave a review of the driver there. DO NOT ORDER from here. The driver delivered the bag that was loosely tied (implying that it was once tied and then opened and then tied again), the strawberry mojito that I ordered was almost completely empty and around a third of the drink was in the bag and had soaked through to the food which ended up being soggy and having a horrible aftertaste. This was because there was a small opening in the plastic seal, right by the bit that enables you to open it and I can only assume that the driver had been drinking my mojito on his way to my house. His name is Saydur and Franzos need to stop using him if they want drivers who won’t steal customers’ orders.

Variety of spicy grilled chicken at a very reasonable price. Service was good, at times could be really busy so expect slowness.Staff was helpful and friendly.Will recommended and definitely go again.

Chicken was a Big Disappointment in-fact the whole dinner experience was. How can some one get grilled chicken so wrong? Undercooked, rushed, half cold chicken. The sauces were an insult to injury absolutely nothing special there either,, they tasted like shop bought sauces. Franzos has no concept, no recipes of their own or any uniqueness other than a failed attempt in becoming Nando's. But seriously they are miles behind Nando's. Lots of catching up to do here. But as a paying customer the food quality, taste, the extremely poor sauces experience are just not worth the price when you can get far better in same kind of price range elsewhere which translates in to low value for money.I instantly regretted not having gone to Nando's in ilford which is less than half a mile away. Not recommended and I wont bother again.

Came in for some takeaway. Got home and saw the chicken they’ve given me. It was grey and dull. Looked like it was left out then heated up and given to me. The skin was slimy and the sauce was very mild despite asking for hot. Usually the food is decent but I don’t understand why they’ve given me something like this on a Wednesday lunch time when they were not busy at all.

Used visit this place years ago then stopped for a some time. Took the family out on Friday recently and found that the place has developed/grown a lot bigger in seating capacity. The food was outstanding 5/5 on all the dishes. The chicken was marinated thoroughly, it was juicy. The wings were amazingly soft and delicious. The quality of the food definitely has improved. I gave it 4/5 on the service on the shop floor. The girls need to talk to the customers, asking if everything is okay or do we need anything, etc. Will be visiting very soon.

Stopped here for food after a long day of shopping, the place was clean and had friendly staff. A bit like Nando’s we ordered a mixture of burgers and salad and grilled chicken. Their grilled chicken was exceptionally good. Burgers were ok, salad was a normal salad there was no extra salad dressing. Forgot to take pictures of burgers. Would come again.

They have really good taste of grilled food,me and my family visit Franzos restaurant Ilford and we ordered whole grilled chickens and fries,my kids really enjoy the food,excellent serving service,I really recommend this place especially for those who like grilled food.thank you.
