German Doner Kebab in Redbridge

Went to the Ilford one I asked for the mixed Doner burger they got my order wrong and ended up with a kebab. Meat was cold alot of salad because it wasn't what I ordered I wasn't asked if I wanted sauce. They put Chilli sauce on one side of the pita and Garlic sauce on the other side. Wasn't very nice and it cost £10 for the meal. Went to use the toilets afterwards ended up walking out without using them toilet seat was broken and alot of tissues and mess on the floor. Was cleat hadn't been checked after customer used.

First time here and loved it! The service was quick and friendly. We had the classic kebab with mixed meat. I'm not even a fan of them, but this one was delicious and fresh tasting. The bread it came in was lovely and soft, with seeds in it. All in all a great food experience!

It's kind of a hit and miss.Food itself is really nice, however half of the time they don't even bother reading the tickets. I always ask my food to be without onions but this has not always been the case. Luckily it's just a preference and not an allergy...Service can be really slow at times, if you come at peak hours you'll be waiting for 40 minutes surrounded by delivery people bumping you around with their bags. I always do takeaway, but I'd never eat in just because of that.Prices went up between 10 and 20% in the last couple of weeks.

I am very embarrassed from the last order made on 23.04. 2022. First you didn't took off the red cabbage as I required, no tomato inside, no salad, and not enough quantity of the meat and I can say it wasn't warm enough, very bad wrapping. I guess you done it by the microwave... Where is the meat and tomato? Did you eat them? All the box and money now are going to the trash because of you! I will never buy again from you? Why did you rise the price? Is it for the "great" experience? You have to be shame!

Ordered online with clear instructions of no salad and sauces due to allergies but once again they mess up the order. Can't be asked dealing with them as they do not pick up their phone and their incompetence is beyond measure. Waste of money and waste of time. Will not order from this place ever again. Not expecting to receive a response as I can see from the previous reviews they only respond to their positive or fake positive reviews. Just don't want anyone else to go through this. You don't mess up people's food.

The first time I tried German doner kebab was in Dubai and didn't really like it so had to try again-Ilford branch- and I absolutely loved their food with all signature sauces. I feel it's a decent size portion for a small person and worth a try

They messed up our order a few times and their service wasn't fantastic. Food was OK too.

Great service family liked the food .2 of the doner kebabs meat was cold really good meat price was ok loved the bread .Yet it was all spoilt by the fact that the seating upstairs was closed seems they close it at 8 which begs me to ask why ? To be honest it's not one of my best experiences out with grandkids and family so won't be going back any time soon ..

Food is really decent and by far the best Doner kebab I've had. Great shame that the staff in there are far from polite and hospitable. Especially when they are busy. I'd recommend deciding what you want before visiting the shop as majority of the staff are are quite impatient. Apart from that their food is well cooked, deliciously tasting and decently priced.

Always great food & quick service. They offer click & collect, you can choose the time to collect your food. The spring rolls were not the best this time but are normally amazing! One of the best kebab shops.
