Always nice to return to. A small restaurant on Wanstead High Street. A place me and my partner go to. Food is nice, reasonably priced but tasty. Nice staff and not very busy. Toilets are downstairs, so if you can't do steps just be aware, facilities are clean.

Quality Turkish food; lunch deal is great value for money. Warm decor with pleasant ambience (low-level classical music). What really made our day was the friendly, professional service (the waiter was excellent). Would definitely go back!

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for about 5 years and each time everything gets better and better. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic and great portions with fabulous presentation. The service is always so attentive and friendly.This is the best restaurant in East London maybe even London by miles.Great place for families, date night, parties etc10/10!!!!Keep up the great work team! :D

This is by far the best Turkish place in Essex and London. The staff make you feel welcomed. I just had dinner and for first time in a while i couldn't wait to post this feedback because they really appreciate the customers. If they see a customer coming in. They will open door for them and do the same when they leave. They cook nice food and keep checking on customers. I will definitely recommend it and cant wait for my next visit. I didn't have cash to tip and felt bad that they have done lot for us so went out to withdraw from the machine because they really deserve it. Keep up the good work Gezi staff.

Amazing food and service.. couldn't ask for more.. group of 20 with a range of orders and everything arrived, nothing missing, all hot and extremely tasty.Very attentive staff, friendly and efficient. Thank you all again... We will be back

Turned up without reservation on a Friday for lunch on my own. Given a place outside, courteous service. Massive portions, delicious food, enjoyed it thoroughly. Food well seasoned and tasty, had prawns on charcoal. Good range of food. Reasonably priced. Will return!

Always thought this place looked good from outside unfortunately the weather wasnt good enough to sit outside but decided to give it a go. The staff weren't very receptive or helpful quite curt might have been a language issue . The starter was ok but a bit soggy salad a bit tired. The bread was good.My main Sword fish was tasty and well cooked not over done as so often happens ashame the chips were obviously from a frozen packet my partners chicken shish good but quite small.
