Kanchans in Redbridge

Had a wonderful time at Rotary Charity Event today. For the Dream Factory . Excellent food, wo derful entertainment. Thank you to Mr Buxi and all staff

This is an only option that i can do if i have option of 0 review I'll do that because today by mistakely i ordered from Kanchans through uber eats and i called to try the restaurant and requested to cancel that ordered because i couldn't found any option of cancel order on uber app and they said like they can't cancel it how's that possible many times i ordered through Uber in past as well i did this mistake and i placed orderd in Indian aroma restaurant and than i contact to the restaurant and to they helped me out but here in Kanchans its really disappointed answer they given like that they can't cancel the order It's terrible.

Extremely poor service from the manager on May 1st (Sunday). Had a STONE in one of the naans, refused to apologise or offer a refund but rather had a serious attitude problem. Starters were poor in quality and taste, actually went to taste food for a wedding contract, missed out on a £20k+ contract shame on you!

What is wrong with you guys? This is the best way to get a bad name and destroy your business.Why do you not clearly mark your parking spaces? We arrived early for an event. Checked twice that we were in the right parking space by ringing the restaurant and describing the road signs but it looks like we were in the wrong place and will be fined £95 for the privilege.Disgusting

Visited Kanchans last Thursday night for an event. As is often the case with this venue, we found the food to be abysmal! Quite frankly, I've had better meals on an aeroplane. Why the locals keep booking this place for events is a mystery to me. Avoid at all cost!

Had cold and pre-made nan bread. When it was shown to waiter, they microwaved and returned the same. Aparently they made the nan beforehand and by the time waiter delivered, nan was cold and as a result it became hard and just chewy!! When manager was told that it was cold right from beginning, he was extremely rude and walked off saying it was our fault!! When he returned to the bar, he showed finger!! Food price is '5*' but service is '-5*'!! Extremely disappointing!! Shame on you Kanchans!!

The best King Prawns and Butter Chicken in all of London. Period. Lovely decor and atmosphere. 👌

Never again... that £10 thaali 🤮 the tikka was cold and came back microwaved within a minute. Other reviews saying nice decor etc but i feel that its really out dated.

This evening I had the most incredible Indian food I’ve ever tasted in my whole life from @kanchans_events . I’m very fussy with Indian food and obviously I know the difference between Bangladeshi and Punjabi food. Tonight I had Vegetable Biryani, Salmon Tikka, Malai Chicken Tikka, Tandoori King-prawns, Dal Makhani & Butter Chicken along with Butter Naans cheese and onion Naans and raita/chutneys and a fresh salad with fresh green chilli in 🤤 such an incredible meal and the flavours were just mind blowing. I’ve eaten many Indian meals in my 31 years on this earth but not one has ever compared or come close to this one. @kanchans_events you’ve seriously blown my mind tonight ! Incredible flavours, amazing presentation, and everything so so fresh. The king prawns were so so fresh and meaty and the butter chicken melted in your mouth .. the dal makhani was to die for and obviously went so well with naan too, the biryani was so tasty - again the best biryani I’ve tasted. I can’t fault anything with this meal whatsoever and even the delivery was prompt and the staff so so lovely and the owners so welcoming too. A huge thank you to @kanchans_events and if you don’t know about @kanchans_events I suggest you get to know and also check out their new venture tandoori feathers. 100/10 from me 🔥🔥🔥 fire !!!!!

The decor in this restaurant is good. I think their focus is mainly on making the restaurant beautiful . Had it been food then they would have got another star. The food was very ordinary. The staff had a very casual attitude, although it didn't bother me , the waiting staff whilst clearing the table asked my colleague to bring some of the plates to him. Some of the the starters were not fresh and were overpowered with extra spices to cover it up. The manager needs to have a look at the kitchen and see what's going on there.
