KFC in Redbridge

It is absolutely a rubbish place my wife ordered from uber 2 weeks ago at this brunch bloody popcorn chicken was missing I was working so my and daughter ordered and daughter left with no meal OK.Yesterday I had a day off after taking my daughter to park after school came home wife was tired so I ordered from her phone bucket hot wings deal 20 for 10 pounds 2 mini fillet and 2 popcorn chicken 24 something pounds it came to and guess what all the hot wings in the bucket 20 of them was terrible they were dry hard to bite also I don't know why every bite I had the chicken meat was blackkkkkk suppose to be white maybe dry blood or something anyway mini fillets dryyyyyy absolutely a disgrace a rubbish place never again from this place

Shappy, staff barely understandable, hoards of errant youth and school children utilising most of the dining in tables, foul language and smoking vapes freely, while others are trying to dine. Another awful visit experience.

I ordered a twisted rap meal with the hips and I got a drink. I chose 7up but when I tasted it, it was disgusting it felt like it had water and a bit of 7up in it.But the twisted rap was really good. The food is good but never get 7up as a drink.

when ordering online very fast service and they don't mess around, but the actual restaurant is very dirty and full of nittys

It's not worth money twice over cooked and fries soggy and little think twice before next order.

Food is nice but watch your drinksI got a Robinson’s apple and blackcurrant juice from the machine and it had black bits in there it’s been happening for about 2 weeks now and every time I tell someone they say “ I didn’t know”

KFC has declined over the last few years especially the branch in barkingside... went back after a long time and they got my order wrong twice.

Went to this branch last week, orderd a 6 piece family bucket. I asked for a extra piece of chicken instead of a drink. This was done with no problem. Been back to the same branch last night and ordered the same. The till operator refused to grant my wish, even the manager said no, I explained that I had been in the week before with no problem. They still refused and made me purchase a extra piece of chicken, They did not give me my drink either. This is very bad service and should not be done. I am a very regular customer to KFC , but will now think twice before returning.Wake up.

Filthy restaurant, rubbish left on the table and slowest service. Was full of uber eats and deliveroo drivers having a matter and shouting out for their orders

First time here, the environment was cleaned. Staff are helpful but when making order you just have to repeat yourself. Food was fresh, very hot and tasty. Thanks
