KFC Penge in Redbridge

I ordered variety chicken and they forget my drinks and 8 hot wings. Not the first time.they this. Useless staff. Never again.

Good service and customer care, however, the person on the till was unable to honor a request made during the order was placed.

Why is it the chicken is so oily here. I go through several napkins just to eat the chicken. Other KFCs don't have this problem. Plan ahead and prepare chicken in rush hrs. Give it time to dry off 😴 🙄

Good food but twice now when ordering online have they forgotten items. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

If i could give 0 stars i would however that's not an option but still I think it should be known to everybody ordering from here that you should reconsider before doing so I ordered food from Just Eat, waited two hours for my food for it to be falsely marked as delivered, which left me extremely frustrated and disappointed, I then had to leave work where I was extremely busy to try and find out what happened to my food. Where I was greeted with an unhelpful extremely unsympathetic employer which I later found out was the manager, who told me that she could not do anything to help which clearly shows to me that there is no value whatsoever to customers with my problem I then asked her what can I do then to solve my problem to which she responded find it online, so now I'm thinking you guys work with the company JUST EAT but you cannot provide a number or a way to contact them to your customers which to me seems extremely irresponsible and shows that you guys lack knowledge of the people you work with if you guys really valued customers you would try to make things right or at least help in some kind of way really upset because I loved KFC and had previously ordered countless times however after this issue and the lack of customer service I will no longer order from here and I will tell everyone that I know to also not because to be met with such disgusting behaviour has left me appalled.

Ok, I only really leave reviews if it very good or I think that the place is taking liberties and just taking peoples hard earned with no care!!I live local and this to me is just the "emergency/last resort KFC..I don't think it's just this one though, because I drive for a living and I go all over London & M25 region,but it seems that for whatever reason KFC are keeping secret, their secret blend of 11 herbs and spices from a lot of their own shops/franchises. The quality and taste has gone down over the years.I think KFC is just a name.... A normal "chicken shop" is just the same.

I go there for take out yesterday but it's definitely not fast food if you are in a hurry & hungry so try to avoid busy peak time because you there are so many just eat & uber which causes delays.. chip were soft & a bit soggy. Staff were nice as always .

Fancied KFC as had not been for a long time, over a year. Zinger was warm not hot and fries were soft. I note they are leaving skin on fries but does not look inviting to me. Disappointed.

The worst service ever. Ordered from just eat last night. Good never showed up, I called 20x last night, no one picked up. I called when they opened today, no one's picking up. So, I'm out by £21. Just eat have no system in place to get a refund. You have to go through the particular business. What a scam. The system says delivered but no one showed up. It kept reading driver is nearby until this morning then it says delivered. What a joke.

Staff had no idea. I tried to order a 3 strip chicken meal, but the guy at the till didn't seem to understand what I wanted and told me to point to a menu item above his head. I couldn't read it without my glasses, and described, quite plainly what I wanted. Not rocket science. Especially if you work for KFC and know the menu. He then told me to use the auto ordering screen, where by now there was a queue of about 8 people. Rubbish service. I left in disgust. Get people that know what they are doing or at least want to help!!
