Ley Street Cafe in Redbridge

Great place to get food morning or afternoon - nice staff always willing to go the extra mile & if its not on the menu just ask & they’ll make it anyways - been going here for 20 years now & it’s still as good as when I first walked in !!

Very poor hygiene. Went in for a coffee. The guy serving wipes the counter with a table cloth, wipes the mixing spoon with the same cloth and then mixes my coffee with that spoon (((. He did offer me another coffee when he finally accepted what he had done. Coffee was over priced too.

What a lovely family business in east London! I had a lunch at this cafe yesterday. The dishes are so delicious and the portions are so big. Thank you Cengiz and Stacey!

Great portion sizes, great service... Lot's of options on menu... recommended!!!

Very disappointed with the service today. I paid before I sat down to have my lunch ( I won't be doing that again or eating there). Customers who arrived first shouldn't have to be served last or have their order forgotten.

The owner is a star! Food was excellent! Great variety and great prices.

Ordered chicken and cheese omelette with chips and beans as a takeaway.... just perfect....

I have no complain about the halal food, the food is tasty and nice and good amount of food, only complains is staff has lack of communication knowledge, they really need proper training for the customer serve . That’s really shame how they serve customers.

Change of staff when I went their for lunch with collègues from work, but service was rubbish 2 girls serving had extremely poor customer service and rude is an understatement. The one we’re the customer is right doesn’t count there. Will go again as long as the owner is there. Shame really used to love this cafe.

Nice clean cafe serving a great breakfast. Good size portions, you won't leave hungry.
