McDonald's in Redbridge

One of my regular places. Good atmosphere, clean and nice members of staff. Usually i go for coffee but sometimes to get food as well, really good quality and fast service. Highly recommend

Extremely bad service overall , untrained staff , rude staff, copmlaint made to shift manager who was unbothered and didn't care totally unprofessional. Should not be leading . Lack of customer service. Long ques as a result of unprofessional staff.

I asked for strawberry milk shake they said machine hasn't been cleaned, so there is none. Radhika and Jaspreet seem very useless and not interested in doing there job. Mc Donald's management should re-train them. When taking orders they should be less aggressive and speak clearly!

I’m an McDonald’s employee from another restaurant. I came to this restaurant to order a chicken legend meal with a discount which should be 3.29. The poor lady did not understand how to put it on the till that I was an employee and the screen kept showing £5 the meal. I told her to call the manager. The manager did not solve anything. And had to go to another mcdonalds. Could you please teach your employees how to use the till properly.

Breakfast order mixed with another customers. Thankfully was spotted, but not by me for dine-in. However, place was very clean and tidy. Would return.

The manager tonight, Georgie was extremely rude. Couldn’t even look at us to give us a valid reason as to why we couldn’t be served inside and only drive through was open. We asked because we don’t have a car and she proceeded to say “ok bye”. Extremely poor customer service when I come here every Sunday evening. Horrid experience and didn’t even listen to what I was saying but another employee was actually open to hearing 2 young girls out and the MANAGER was horrible with the worst customer service. McDonald’s, please check your staff because I was there to buy 3 meals and your manager couldn’t even be bothered to give a customer a proper response without showing attitude. Would have been fine if she spoke to us reasonably about why she couldn’t serve indoors but now if I could give 0 stars I would.

Woeful drive through experience on 31/03. Aggressive server at the window unable to find my order and offering totally different orders as though they were mine. Rude. I already had low expectations, but McD managed to come even close. Avoid this place it's terrible.

Food was cold and my fillet o fish burger had specks of an unknown substance on it - it wasn't pepper. Didn't eat it as suspect it was dirt. Kids didn't enjoy their chicken nuggets after looking at the burger. We won't be eating McDonald's for a very long time.

Right cant believe this at 4.00am i was told by manager georgina woman with blonde hair i cant order nothing because im on a adult scootrr and not a car so due to police becuase i am not in a car i can not order at drive through. I asked are you joking or being serious you cant serve me food because im not in a car. Bruntly just said no and smerked. Im disgusted at this service. Customer happiness comes first but defo not with these lot at this branch. No concideration whatso ever.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and no mustard. On the wrapper it said no pickles and no mustard. Once I bit into it, there was pickles and mustard. I just dont know what kind of people work there because its not the first time they have got my order wrong.
