Possibly the worst food I've ever ordered this evening don't know what's happened with the chef but never again for me ...disgusting

·

Food is the best in the area.

·

Ordered here a few times, they always get the order wrong, then take no responsibility for it, the final straw for me is when they sent chicken uncooked and it turned up pink.. disgusting and no care for what they are giving customers. Please avoid this place unless you want to have food poisoning.

Had the most delicious takeaway which was reasonably priced. The large pancake rolls were tasty, crispy & not dripping with oil. Our other main courses were good sized portions packed with mixed meat & king prawns. The service was efficient & prompt.Would certainly recommend Mr Chan's.

·

Ordered crab and sweetcorn soup. No crab just crabsticks. Disgusting! Chilli beef was not crispy and the pancake roll was soggy and greasy. The rest was okay

·

Absolutely disgusting so greasy and I feel like they put someone else’s left overs and delivered it to me.Do not order.Don’t understand how people can leave a good review if you like oily and nasty food then this is the place to order from

·

Disgraceful service. Lied about what time I ordered my food by an hour I waited 1 hour 15 minutes then for them to tell me it’s going to be another 30 minutes. Do not order from here much better places locally

Food was lovely .... arrived hot and on time very happy will always use this place for my Saturday night treat.

·

Always perfect, plain & simple. Good freshly cooked only have home deliveries as I am disabled & rarely go out to eat & my family all prefer Chinese/mandarin or Thai. We tried all those in our area but Mr Chans beats the lot for us anyway.

I didn't know it was possible to serve food this bad, and still be able to charge for it.Dumplings, were (no exaggeration) uncooked, vegetable spring rolls were still cold from the freezer, and the noodles were literally bathing in their own grease, The fact that they were economic with meat that tough would have been funny had I not paid a fair price for it.From now on I'll just stick to Thai. The people are far more pleasant, and the food is always good.
