Nando's - Ilford in Redbridge

Okay experience. They had the plenty 'Vusa Sauce' compared to my regular branch.The flies were really annoying when you're trying to eat with family and the management should do something about it. The flies made my visit feel a bit unhygienic

I have placed two orders for delivery within the past week and neither have arrived. Each time we were given a different reason and advised we would receive a refund. After waiting around an hour for food to be delivered, we were rather hungry and would have appreciated a replacement order promptly but we're advised that was not possible, so over an hour later were in exactly the same situation as before ordering food. The restaurant make no attempt to rectify the issue. Once is a excusable but twice in 4 days is not

Ordered 2 x Fino Pitta yesterday to be delivered and received both with no Grilled haloumi cheese which is advertised as being one of the ingredients. Made a complaint to nandos customer service and no solution has been offered and they couldn't care less about regular customers. Customer service is going down hill and so are the food standards. If your order is missing any items or isnt up to standard get straight on to the manager and demand a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT there and then!!

Recently I have started to visit Ilford nandos after long time and I find there customer service so much nicer than Stratford nandos. The food is amazing & tasty.

Hit and miss. Came 3 times over two weeks. First two times were fine. But on the third I had to wait 20 minutes to order. Not because it was that busy, but because the only serving staff member was struggling to scan in one customers voucher. Then when the manager came to take over she just walked off to join the other 3 staff standing around. Eventually I ordered - and then they forgot to cook my food. I waited again, but instead of calling my order out they plonked it on the other side of the restaurant with the Deliveroo orders for 10 minutes. Shout out to security who was very helpful and got me my food in the end.

The service was ok, food was good, it's been many years since I came back to this branch since a terrible experience previously, glad to see it's improved

Boneless chicken thighs are so tasty, tender and well seasoned. Coleslaw can be better. Garlic bread is so hard…I don’t recommend it. Prices are medium

Lovely ambience. Lots of room, yet can still get crowded at peak times. And food is awesome as always at Nando's. Plus, it's halal.

Chicken is chicken, what else is there to say.Only thing that was annoying is the ordering process, we was told to use the QR code on the table, we went through the whole process only to find out that you either need to have an account or you have to register.We didn't want to waste time applying for a account so we asked the nice lady at the till if she can take our order at the till, which she did.The 3 stars is only for the silly QR order process, everything else was great.

I arrived at this nandos at the opening time and was the first person to be seated. The staff were very helpful and took me to a lovely table. They showed me how to use the new ordering system on my phone and I ordered some drinks and my meal. It was all delicious and perfect. I love how many options they have for vegetarians and would recommend either the halloumi burger/wrap or the imitation burger/wrap. After finishing my drink, I asked a member of staff if I needed to use the QR code to order another one and he was happy to just let me order with him and pay on the card machine instead. I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be going back.
