·

Good selection of Indian sweets. A bit pricy compared to similar shops just down the road on Ilford Lane.

·

Rude on phone, and the guy doesn't even know how to write on cakes as it looks like a child did it, very unprofessional

·

Jalebi and barfi are amazing at this establishment

I usually buy my sweet from nirala Gants Hill. On the 28 th of May I bought two box of Rosh golla and 1 box of Rosh malai for my friend. But my friend called me and informed me that all of those sweets were off. Today I went to the shop to complain about it. But their answer disappointed me- they even admitted that ‘roshmalai’ was off. Still they didn’t try to compensate me.I will never buy sweets from Nirala.. and I will not suggest anyone to do so.

Cake was nice but they misadvertise it as 8 inch and charge £18. It's actually 6 inch size. Got conned. You can get a Lola's cake for £18 same 6 inch size better qualityThey shouldn't wrongly advertise

·

Sweets taste and quality is really bad but price is high. They should improve their quality.

·

Their sweets always on spot. Decent variety of biscuits and cakes. Recommended.

·

We buy sweets, cakes and savouries from here regularly. Best sweet shop in the area.

I am giving one star due to the grim atmosphere in the store. I went in and there was TV playing loudly. It sounded as if somebody was being strangled in the back of the shop. All I wanted was ladoos 😭 and I ended up buying gulab jamun because of the bleak, dreary and dismal TV sounds. The lady at the register looked miserable bless her ,I would be miserable aswell if I was subjected to the god awful TV noises all day .
