Otto Restaurant in Redbridge

Excellent experience! Meze sharing platter was delicious - such a nice selection of food. The waiter was so friendly and so attentive. Had a very lovely experience from start to finish and left with very full stomachs so successful dinner. Will definitely come again soon and bring the whole family. Thank you!!

Turkish food is amazing, at Otto is an experience. Be you out for a romantic dinner, with friends or on your own, leave those fake Italians down the road (said by an Italian); Otto is your choise! Staff gentle, lovely atmosphere and fantastic food. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely restaurant and staff. This is one of my very few Google reviews but I had to make sure I give them a great rating after the nice dinner and experience I had with my friends this evening. The food was delicious and the portions were big. The restaurant looks beautiful and cosy- we were sat next to the fireplace. The staff were very nice and attentive, particularly Erol. Such a gentleman, he was so kind to us I had to make sure that I get his name and thank him here for his wonderful service.

I didn't enjoy the food greatly but the service was really good. Minimal vegan options but there is always room for progress. The restaurant is clean and nicely laid out. The toilets were nice and clean which is always a bonus.

Would most certainly recommend. Relaxing atmosphere. Child friendly. Cheerful helpful staff. Good varied menu. Delicious food, as well lovely fresh tasty salad.

Otto is situated on my favourite local high street in Wanstead. In the summer the front of the restaurant opens up and allows for the natural lighting, cool air and chatter to freely flow.For two people alone we wanted to try a lot and so ordered:Mixed mezze dips, Baba ganoush, Hummus, Spinach and feta borek, Grilled king prawns, Chicken on skewer, Fresh mussels and Otto stuffed mushrooms! Yes there was a lot of food but luckily we went before the busy evening rush and so were seated for three hours to get through every small plate. The food as a whole was cooked and seasoned well, packed with flavour and offered a satisfying taste of Mediterranean cuisine.The atmosphere is relaxed and I quite enjoy a restaurant with staff that allow the guests to sit back and enjoy the food and ambience without any pressure.Towards the end of our meal we spoke to the manager and in conversation told him we were celebrating a birthday - some minutes later he came out with one of the best cheesecakes I have had. What a pleasant surprise! Thank you so much for having us.

A fantastic quality lunch today. The highlight was the exceptional service from the young lady who was serving us - she was incredible and a waitress and have an air of elegance to the restaurant. The food did not disappoint and the salmon was the best I've eaten in a while. Was nervous to try here but not disappointed at all and recommend highly

Been coming here for years and it's top notch Turkish food. Never had a bad meal.

Average quality of dishes. Hot chicken wings were a bit overcooked and dry, and just marinated with Nandos-like sauce. Pasta was bland. Garlic mushroom was surprisingly delicious, a must eat. Service was good.
