Pizza Express in Redbridge

Ross is an amazing team member of this particular restaurant. He has a keen sense of attention to details and is always on the toes to provide immaculate service to the costumers. The food is delicious the ambiance is soothing and relaxing.

Very poor quality of service, we had a booking of 8 for a colleagues birthday .Starters came at a decent time , mains took over 1 hour and that was after we questioned it..The manager for the evening unfortunately was not apologetic her reply was" We have been fully booked and busy , it's time be expected "😠😠A colleague had dietary requirement which was not delivered even though she did give a detailed explanation of what she wanted.The manager explanation was " it is vegan cheese" even though my colleague did ask for No Cheese as she is diary intolerant..This was after waiting for 1 hour and 15mins for our food!!There was also an issue with our bill as everyone paid separately by card and I paid with cash and the server had not taken off my cash payment..we spent a further 30mins trying to sort out the bill issues with in ourselves...to find the error was by the server as she hadn't deducted my cash payment .NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINSH.Will NOT be going there again

Today was our friends 1st remembrance anniversary and we decided to go the one in SW ,when i arrived great smile the young man and had some water,our waitress got our order which i find odd when someone does not write it down .When the food came it was obviously wrong and the waitress a different one clueless as the food was wrong. Listening to the customer requirements is important.A while ago i had myself an issue with cold food and bad behaviour from the waiter,decided to return today and believe this place has not improved at all :(It took forever for the new waitress to came and ask for dessert so we decided to go .Staff needs training

I came here today with group of overly excited 12 years old. Our waitress was absolutely lovely. She was always nearby and helped me make sure boys had a good birthday party. Then she brought our cake singing happy birthday. Very family oriented place. Love it.

The general vibe is cosy and nice, the staff are friendly and quick and good in their job. We ordered few starters and they were amazingly good. The drinks were good too.However, the main two pizzas we ordered wasn't good, too saucy and lack of flavour. Definitely not a good pizza at all.

Great place to eat in South Woodford. Social distancing seating in place. Staff have always been friendly. You can get discount vouchers online, so always eat to check.
