Pizza Go Go in Redbridge

After a hard of fasting, I came into the store having previously ordered on the phone. As I approached the counter, the old man with the glasses behind the counter refused to acknowledge me and without any prompt ran to the back of the store. I was waiting patiently to be served when a small Asian lady then started to take ANOTHER order even though I ordered on the phone. It took me several times of explaining to her to FINALLY understand that the order has already been placed. She then asked me what is my order, I explained the order for her to start making rude hand gestures towards me. I was under the impression she was undergoing some medical issues. She then got the order and started to charge us additionally for sauces. I explained to her that the amount of sauce was not in line with the amount we ordered, she started to make rude hand gestures again. I kept my cool even though I was severely hungry and paid for my food and left. So now on to the food, I asked for less cheese on my pizza and they did the opposite and put extra cheese on, the pizza was also undercooked and completely bland. No wonder there is a deal on because no one in their right mind would pay full price for this. I would completely avoid this place in the future. To conclude, a combination of terrible food and service. Very rude staff.

Extremely disappointed. Order food via uber eats and requested for the food to arrive between 8pm and 8:30pm. Food hasn’t arrived. I am unable to call them as I have called several times and no one bothers to answer the phone! Extremely poor service. Couldn’t break my fast in time. Definitely will not be going here again

Ridiculous Thames, Tames (duty manager) or whatever your name is. Utterly disrespectful towards me. Lack of communication skills and poor listening and ruined my order on purpose. I specifically instructed you not to put mushrooms on my pizza. I have kids who were hungry and ate 3-4 slices. You telling me to pay another pizza. Never coming back and will suggest to all my colleagues who are local to store. I am sure once they watch my review they will surely boycott a place who have tendency to ruin order.Please avoid at all cost.

I've called them about ordering pizza. the guy who spoke on the call was so rude instead of explaining me about pizza he told me to order on online and hung up the call. worst customer service ever.

Very rude staff. Ordered via app. Selected cash as payment method. Rang them up 45min later to see how long it will take to get delivered, They literally said “we don’t take cash on delivery” in an extremely rude tone, even though there is an option on the app to pay via cash. Made we wait all that time thinking there’s pizza on the way. Shocking!Also it is alarming to read the amount of complaints of the staff being rude at this place over a very long period of time, and here I am complaining about the exact same thing. Clearly nothing has been done about this or is going to be done about it.A real shame because the pizza is actually really good but the customer service is horrific

Terrible experience. No respect to customers, staff are very rude. After explaining there was too much chilli in my previous order, the staff put more chilli in the next order I made.

I visited this place today to order a pizza, as soon as I walked the guy seemed annoyed (chubby Asian guy, slicked back hair with a slight beard)…..clearly as I disturbed him whilst he was on his phone…. No ‘hello’, ‘what can I get you?’ And definitely no smile. It felt like I was going him a favour to give him some business.Seriously, this place needs to sort out its customer services particularly how to be polite, friendly to customers.Pizza was ok though but not going back because of the service.

Simply brilliant ! Pizza taste was absolutely delicious . I ordered for my house warming party , order was delivered on scheduled time , and really customer service staff was helpful and understanding.

Ordered on the phone and was told it would take 10/15minutes. When I got there and asked if my pizza was ready the man on the counter was very rude and said it would be 4minutes. I saw his colleague start making the pizza as soon as I asked how long it would take. My partner then came in and asked the same guy on counter how long will it take he very rudely told him I already spoke to her I told her 4minutes. We timed how long it took after 8minutes pizza was not ready. The guy on the counter needs to learn what customer service is was very rude using his headphones and FaceTiming someone while taking orders. When confronted he just walked off.

Pizza was good and fresh. The guy in the counter however needs a good lesson on how to talk to customers. I ordered my pizza, made the payment and was waiting just outside. I was excited to see my fresh pizza come off the oven that I tried to snap a picture on my phone. The counter guy crosses my camera view and then says he doesn’t like to be filmed (he thinks he is a celebrity !! as though I am even bothered to film him). I apologized anyway as my courtesy and hoped it ended there. Too bad that Pizza go go missed out on free advertising and a nice tag of that photo with the pizza on social media and google.When my pizza was ready for collection, he was rude again and asked me to show my phone. By then I had already deleted it and he went as far as even wanting to go to my deleted folder and wipe it off there. I avoided creating a scene there for the sake of my pizza not getting cold and wasting my time with a rude guy!So here are rules if this guy is ever reading this review.. Anyone can film in public which includes malls, restaurants, stores etc. No explicit permission is required but a person or owner of property can “request” not to be filmed. Nobody can make you delete the photos you’ve already taken, even if you took them on private property without permission. Even a police officer would require a court order to take the camera off you if they’re not making an arrest.Hence Mr counter guy.. think of a customer as someone giving you business and learn to be nicer
