Pizza Hut in Redbridge

I think this is the last time we order at this pizza hut branch. In normal circumstances, pizza hut pizza is unbeatable but this branch have got to have incorrect instructions on how to make a pizza. Today we have a pizza where I think this branch must have ordered too much sauce from the supplier because they have literally flooded the pizzas with it. Not just one of them but both pizzas ruined. I have attached two photos of the pizzas and you can see the sauce flood even with an attempt to cover it with cheese. This is not a blip, this branch has poor form generally.

I ordered a pizza with Uber Eats, it was looking like a big doughnut.This is not a pizza.

Ordered a pizza and there was no cheese on some slices. Waste of money

Absolutely appalling service, I called in at exactly 6:24pm saying I need to collect the pizza by 7pm latest. They assured me it will be ready in 15minutes. I waited past 7pm and still was not ready. They are not punctual at all and staff kept saying 5-6min more. This is unprofessional when time keeping is important to others.

I accidently ordered the wrong pizza but the wonderful Zoni sorted me out. She changed the order to the one i prefered. Great customer service!!

The service was shocking. I placed my order at half 7 in the evening and was told food would arrive between 20:00-20:10. This was then pushed back on the Pizza Hut app to 20:15-20:25. Quarter to 9 arrives and my food still hasn’t been delivered. I called the hut multiple times and all it did was ring out, no one picked up to explain what was happening to my order. At 9pm I drove down to the hut to see quite a few disappointed and unsatisfied customers at the desk. All of which had delayed orders and no communication from the hut as to what was going on. I asked what I assume to be the store manager what was causing the delay to which he told me “IT issues”, this is after seeing him throw boxes of pizza in the bin outside as the order must have been wrong or returned stone cold by an unhappy customer. IT issues didn’t appear to be the problem as the manager at the till seemed to be using the system adequately to find all our orders. I received a call from my mother at home saying the order had just been delivered over an hour later than expected and it was stone cold. I explained this to the manager and was then told my order would take 10 minutes to be redone. I didn’t receive my food for another 40 minutes, I was then told the reason for the added delay was because someone had ent my order so they had to redo it for 3rd time. The entire time no member of staff apologised for the delay. One of the managers pushed a bottle of Pepsi across the desk towards me and walked off. When my order was put in front of me I still didn’t receive an apology, all I got was a bottle of pepsi and cheesy garlic bread. Both of which I didn’t ask for and does not make up for a 2 hour delay. If I didn’t have a car and was unable to make my way to the hut NOONE would have called me to explain what was going on with my order, bear in mind the hut had already taken my payment online. During the 40 minutes I was waiting for my order the phone did not ring once, yet multiple customers including myself had complained at the front desk that we had rung multiple times and no one was picking up. This is indicates to me the phone had been taken off the hook. This is absolutely disgusting customer service especially when they had quickly taken all our payments online. This could have easily been resolved by them temporarily shutting down the system and stopping people from putting in orders that they clearly couldn’t deliver. I was among many customers and Deliveroo &uber drivers who were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at Barkingside Pizza Hut. I have been ordering from this hut for around 10 years and have never experienced such disgraceful and unacceptable service. I have worked in hospitality for numerous years so I completely understand the pressures and stress that staff can be put under but there was not an ounce of empathy, there was not one apology or any efforts to ensure all us unsatisfied customers left the hut somewhat satisfied, considering the circumstances. Myself and anyone I know will never be ordering again

Thanks to Samir and Raz, I ordered a supreme pizza in error and had intended to order a veggie supreme online. Even though the error is mine they were able to deliver the veggie pizza.Thank you very much for your great customer service

This is the worst place you could ever order from. The people who work there are awful, rude and give the worst customer service you could imagine. I placed an order for 2 cookie doughs at 10pm. I had to call them at 11:15pm asking where my order was and one lied saying the delivery guy was on the way with my food, when I asked if he was sure, he then says the delivery guy never came. Then, he hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, when asking for the manager’s name, he hung up on me too. Do not order from here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ordered large Margarita (regular customer ) it was awful - hardly any cheese on it - mainly tomato base - ruined the evening

What an awul place. I have ordered two pizzas as per their menu without cheese. My order arrived messed up with both pizzas having cheese on it and went straigh in a bin as nor me nor my friend could have that. We contacted uber eats and their agent told us it was our fault as we didn't leave instructions in regards of preparation. Really?!? What instructions? If you order pizzas without cheese as per menu you expect them to be without cheese! Jusy waisted 30 quid and received this awful service. First and last time ordering from pizza hut
