Food was nice, service was okay but the customer service wasn’t good at all!! Not very friendly, picked and chose who to be nice and attentive too. And I got treated like I was a virus, by one of the waitresses. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this prezzo again!!

Great spacious layout. Outdoor seating at back best part. Food consistently good, simple tasty ingredients.

Lovely location with a view of the duck pond. Great cuisine and absolutely excellent service!

Food was average, staff were lovely and accommodating but it took 40 mins from ordering to get our starters and over an hour to get our mains. Did I mention there was only three tables full as we went at a quiet time? My dessert was a cold tart (just taking it out of the fridge) and it still took fifteen minutes to arrive. Please hire enough staff so that service is a good pace and the chefs aren’t stressed out :(

We had a pleasant family dinner on Sunday at 530pm. Our children enjoyed the kids menu and were occupied with the colouring etc for a whileThe waitress (Trunde) was very friendly and helpfulThe food arrived in good timing and it was easy to get her attention when neededThe restaurant was getting busier towards the end of our meal and the waitress remained calm and cheerfulThere was a mistake with the bill but she soon rectified that

Excellent customer service from attentive staff. Restaurant is very nicely presented. Food was good, starter and dessert arrived promptly but mains arrived a little cold but still nice. Portions are very good. The vegan pepperoni pizza was very tasty. Highlight was the sticky toffee pudding. We visited using a Buyagift voucher and used to visit South Woodford branch but unfortunately this has closed down. This branch is definitely worth another visit.
